I found this company on Groupon and so happy that I did. I've used plenty of cleaning companies to clean my home and I have to say that this one is the best. The team is very good at what they do. I'd definitely recommend Flow's Metropolitan Cleaning Service. Very happy customer.

We tried other cleaning companies but they do not compare. The team really pays attention to detail. After monthly cleaning, our home looks and smells great! Melonie and the team are very professional, reliable, and provides excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed!

FMS did a terrific job on our home! We needed post construction plus deep cleaning and they went above and beyond. Our home went from a dusty post-construction nightmare to sparkling clean and tidy in record time. The cleaners clearly have a well honed system so the service was organized and efficient. I hired them to come back to clean again before they were even finished with the first job. Will recommend to everyone I know!

I transferred apartments between the 30th of Dec and the 1st of Jan and needed a move in and move out cleaning. I reached out to several companies and they were there only ones to get back to me. The responsiveness and easy communication continued on from there. They were patient with me, as I was booking them a month out from my move and hadn't nailed down my dates but once I did, everything was scheduled and set.

I got a reminder text the day before the cleaning team arrived and upon arrival at the time agreed to for my move in clean. The team came in and made the place spotless. My apartment complex has their own cleaning service for apartment turn-over but when I first moved in a year ago, my apartment was less than up to par so I wasn't going to make the mistake of trusting that they'd hand me over a clean apartment the second time around. The team from Flows came in and ensured I was moving into a place that was clean to my standards. The place looked amazing and made my move in a little less stressful.

Next was the move out clean for the apartment I moved out of. Again got a reminder text, team was on time. They did such an amazing job! The apartment was cleaner than when I first moved in. The way they cleaned it is how an apartment should always look when its being rented to someone. Anything less than that is shameful, especially when you're spending your money, but that's another conversation. Anyways can't say enough good things, will be using them again in the future. Excellent experience, excellent customer service, price was on point, and great work overall. Hire them you won't regret it.

Melonie was wonderful during the consultation she made me feel very comfortable and not guilty about the things I had out of place sometimes life gets busy and she was so understanding, The Ladies came today and they continued in the same spirit as her. They did an absolutely AMAZING JOB, this was the best thing to come home to at the start of the year. I definitely recommend this fresh start for anyone who just needs a little help or anyone whom life has got the best of them use there service you won’t regret it I promise. I’m Definitely making another appointment. THANK YOU!!!!!

I ordered a deep clean package and they did a very thorough job! Some highlights- dusting for cobwebs, cleaning each and every piece of furniture, rubbing out a stain in the carpet that I didn’t think would come out, did the dishes which was very nice, got out stains on the stove that we had tried repeatedly to remove, microwave was spotless, picked up and cleaned under each appliance, and folded the toilet paper like an accordion which was a very nice touch :). Used a great vacuum that picked up a lot more than mine does. Melonie was very responsive and had an almost immediately available appointment. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

UPDATE: they did some post move out cleaning for a townhouse I’m selling and did an incredible job! They even came back a second day to touch up some things after the granite countertops were put in. Can’t recommend Melonie’s crew highly enough!

Service: Flow's MCS conducted an as-needed cleaning service on my kitchen and 3x bathrooms (2 full and 1 half). Flow's MCS was able to accomodate a last-minute, as-needed cleaning service for my townhome. The coordination was simple and clear and the team of 4 cleaning representatives arrived exactly as scheduled. They took direction exactly as given and even offered multiple times to clean more than what was requested and went above and beyond rendering their service. The kitchen was cleaned in such immaculate detail, the stove, and even inside the refrigerator and freezer. They also left pleasant finishing touches and accents in the bathrooms with no dirt left behind. The owner is also amazing, professional, concise, pleasant, and very down-to-earth which gave me a familiar and comforting confidence during the transaction. Rendering payment was easy and convenient and the pricing is more than fair especially compared to other local cleaning services that I've tried, Flow's service is tip-top quality. I will be hiring Flow's to do my regular cleaning and plan to have carpet cleaning as well. Thank you, Melonie!

I highly recommend Metropolitan Cleaning Service. They were courteous, prompt, professional and pleasant. I knew all the particulars to include price, prior to their arrival. They even cleaned areas that were not on the list. An extremely satisfied customer. I plan to use them regularly.

I had to go out of town for a major surgery and wanted my house deep cleaned while I was away. It was wayyyy overdue for a cleaning and much needed. Flows cleaning service didn’t let me down. They even worked overtime to complete the task!!! They went above and beyond to clean my home and make sure everything was superb and completed before my arrival back home. I love how they kept in contact before and after the cleaning service to make sure things were just as I had asked. I will definitely be using them from here on out.

What an excellent experience we had with FMS Cleans! After a very thorough walk through with the owner of the company who was extremely polite and explanatory, we set up service. The employees arrived on time and cleaned the house thoroughly! All the carpets were vacuumed including getting the dirt close to the base boards, the kitchen was made immaculate, and the bathrooms were cleaned to perfection. They managed to get stains away that I have had zero luck with. Even the trash can liners in the bathrooms were changed and toilet tissues refilled. They cleaned the dresser tops and made everything organized. Over all a great job done by FMS leans We will setting up bi weekly cleaning after such an incredible experience. They truly cleaned the house from top to bottom and did a great job!

Melanie and her team were amazing; I had limited days to move out and get the place clean for the new owners. I called at the last minute and she quickly met me and got me on their schedule. Fabulous work and I will be looking to hire this team for routine cleaning in my new home. Well done!

What an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!!! I needed a deep cleaning prior to move in. Metropolitan Cleaning exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The team was very responsive to my calls and texts. They showed up promptly and got to work immediately. They were able to clean an especially nasty caked on stove and oven. And got the bathrooms sparkling again. I wasn't sure it was possible to get it that clean, but they made it happen. I will definitely use their service again.

2022 post: This company really impressed me. They were on time and got to work immediately. They did a thorough cleaning of my townhouse before the buyers walkthrough. What they accomplished exceeded my expectations. Melonie is so focused and professional-I appreciate the way she worked with me on the schedule and her follow through was excellent. I highly recommend this business.

Melonie met me for a walk through of my home and to discuss my expectations for the cleaning. She scheduled her team for the following week and provided a reminder the day before and followed up after they arrived. The ladies who cleaned the house did an excellent job and took consideration of the several pets we had in the home. They need very little direction and just got to it. They were also respectful of our work from home atmosphere and let us know when they were ready to clean and when they were finished with the offices. Highly recommend!

I have been using Flow's Metropolitan Services since the summer. Of all of the cleaners that we have had, they are the best. They come in a timely manner and appear to be very efficient while cleaning. Also, the owner, Melonie, is always a pleasure to work with. She has been understanding of last minute changes and is happy to accommodate time requests. All in all, this cleaning service aims to satisfy its customers.

We engaged Flow’s to perform a deep cleaning of our home, with the intent to begin a regular cleaning schedule afterwards. Melonie described generally what a deep cleaning entails, but with limited previous experience with cleaning services, we were not certain what to expect. Well, the house was gleaming when the team finished! Their attention to details was amazing. We were impressed beyond measure. I recommend Flow’s Metropolitan Cleaning Services without reservation.
