Very pleased with Crystal Cleaning! She asked exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond. Very thorough, quick, and easy to work around which was convenient given we work from home. Scheduling was a breeze and before she began she confirmed all the products she would use to ensure we were okay with them. She even made notes for when she returns.

Crystal clean is the best service we’ve ever received. Not only are they more than efficient in their work, but they are also kind, courteous and best of all punctual. My house looked and smelled amazing. You can never go wrong with Crystal Clean.

Melonie and her crews are thorough in their work. Very open to feedback and concerns. I don't speak Spanish yet use Google translate if needed. House always smells fresh and clean when they are done. You can ask for additional services such as fridge, oven, laundry etc.

FMS did a wonderful cleaning job in my home. My home was a big mess due to my immobility from illness. They arrived on time and went immediately to work. They were done quickly and I couldn't believe my eyes. My stove looks brand new and I am ready for a magazine photoshoot. I am so pleased I want to tell everybody. FMS is the best.

The whole experience was excellent right down to the initial phone interview. They are great and easy to work with. They come right in and get started. I have used them before and plan on using them again. The house smells great not a strong chemicals or heavy pine smell. I use them as my go to cleaning people first. They even walk through with after the job is done.

I understand the great reviews, yet my experience was not good. The owner is fantastic, she is very responsive and makes time for you same day. She clearly has a lot of knowledge in this line of work and was very thorough and detail oriented during the walkthrough. The cleaning crews she sent out were not up to par though. I paid for a move-in deep clean plus mopping my unfinished basement and garage. The first time her team came to the house they missed all the things we talked about during the walkthrough - the floor vents were not vacuumed out, they didn’t touch the fridge, they didn’t touch the oven, cabinets, windows, nothing. The cleaners didn’t do a deep clean. They came back a second time, and this time I was at the house with them, pointed out everything that needed cleaning. And even though they cleaned, they took my direction literally and didn’t touch anything beyond what I pointed out. For example, I opened the fridge doors and asked them to clean the inside. Well they didn’t open the freezer door to clean the inside of that. I asked them to clean the previous owner’s kitchen cooking spill marks underneath the cabinets - they said they can’t touch that because the cleaning products will damage my countertops, so they left it a greasy mess. They used my cleaning supplies - they opened my brand new box of magic erasers and took my magic eraser. They used my sponges and left them with gunk and grime on them. They didn’t vacuum all the carpets. They didn’t do a deep clean once again. I was extremely disappointed and wasn’t even offered a partial refund. Very disappointing.

Edit to add: they didn’t dust any of my hanging light fixtures. Left all the switch plates with black marks. Didn’t scrub any of the floors. Used my magic eraser on the tub, which is idiotic. Tubs need to be cleaned with the proper cleaning supplies. Didn’t wipe any of the heavy touch points like doorknobs and hand railings. They once again did not clean the kitchen cabinets and drawers. There’s so much that was pointed out in the walkthrough that they didn’t bother doing, I’m forgetting everything they missed. And it was a team of 6 cleaners. Lazy and clearly have no clue what they’re doing.

Melonie and her team have consistently provided incredible cleaning services in my home over the years. She goes above and beyond. For example, I had a shower curtain that had seen better days, and she went out of her way to replace it without any monetary expectation. She truly cares about her customers!

I can’t tell you how please I am with my cleaning. I called the last minute for a deep cleaning and she was graciously able to meet with me ; assess the property and had my home sparkling clean and smelling like fresh air within hours of my initial call. Her staff were all masked even as the exited the vehicle. I am so impressed by the work that I have booked her for a move out clean as well. I honestly have to say thank you. I truly appreciate your flexibility and professionalism!!

They were on time and did an amazing job ! I have a dog and if you do too you already know things get stuck in corners under couches dog hair in all! They targeted everything and left my house smelling amazing! I will definitely use again and recommend.
