Flows metro cleaning service is amazing. We live in a three level townhome, they come, and with a team of 3 to 4 people my house is sparkling and smelling good in less than 45 minutes. Our walk-in shower glass door has no spots on it when they leave. The vacuums they use are strong and powerful, my rugs look so fantastic. I am so happy with these ladies, they go above, and beyond each and every time they come. I highly recommend this company.

Flows metropolitan cleaning company is the best around. Nothing is better than coming home to a pristine household. Melonie is extremely accommodating and beyond loving, her company does a wonderful job at making you feel so happy to come home. I have tried many other cleaning services but none compare to this company. Their attention to detail, and overall thoroughness is impeccable. She has worked completely with my schedule and has even offered me specials. They clean and organize things I would not even consider and take time to make sure my home is sparkling from the top to the bottom. They also have such good prices and Melonie always texts you with updates and offers… she even is as thoughtful to reach out and wish you a happy new year…I have not met a more understanding and caring individual. A friend hired this team as a gift to tackle my four-story home. As a newly single mother of two, one year postpartum on the heels of a tragedy… I was spent. The business owner, Melanie, came by to access which services her team needed to provide. She gave me a very reasonable quote for a deep cleaning. I could feel the weight being lifted as her team took the time to work on their designated areas. Her team also provides a laundry service which was a very nice add-on. The owner even popped by to ensure I received quality service. After the cleaning, Melanie followed up to see if everything was satisfactory. Great business from start to finish! My home smells fresh. My things are organized, and I can use my time to focus on work and my family. Please book Flow’s you will not be disappointed.

I have been having my home cleaned for years. I’ve used several services over the years. I would usually switch companies because the services declined as I used the services. I’ve been using Flow’s for years. I am a very happy customer! On the rare occasion something isn’t done to my liking, they correct it happily. If you want a company that treats your home like theirs this is the company you want!

Used Flow’s for my move out cleaning and they did a spectacular job. They were in and out as needed during a busy move out, and they made the place look more spotless than it ever did the entire time I lived at my home. They were super accommodating and were very comparable in price to other companies. Well worth the money- quality was great. Would highly recommend! Will be using them for cleaning services in my new home as well. we had them came out in advance to quote us properly and there was no nickel-and-dime-ing.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of using Flow's Metropolitan Cleaning Service to clean my house and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. Even with a 1 day notice, Melonie was able to view and give me a quote to include a military discount. Great price! The next day, from start to finish their team was efficient and thorough. My kitchen and bathrooms sparkle like never before.

Flow’s team did a great job on my move-out clean. They left my place spotless and even tackled a difficult shower door I’ve spent YEARS and a variety of products and “tricks” trying to get water stains off of. It’s like new and saved me hundreds of dollars I was going to spend buying a whole new shower door! I’ve already recommended Flo to three other friends for their upcoming moves. I wish I’d found them sooner- would have used for regular cleanings. I’d love to have a spotless house like this all the time and the price was reasonable for the quality of the job.

I booked Flow’s Metropolitan Cleaning Services through Groupon for a “deep cleaning” and was extremely disappointed. I prepared my home carefully before their arrival. I cleared bathrooms except for shower curtains, moved most laundry items, cleared daily-use items from kitchen counters, and emptied the sink. Despite this, the team claimed there were “quite a few items throughout the home” that made it hard to clean thoroughly within their two-hour window.

Even with a team of three, the service fell far below what was advertised. Hair and dirt were left on walls and vents. Soap scum remained in the bathtub. Grime was left on floors and windowsills. Dead spiders were left in window tracks even after vacuuming. Windows were only cleaned in the final 20 minutes, and the team claimed they were finished with everything else. After a walk-through, I realized most areas were still dirty.

They had two cleaners in the upstairs bathroom, yet the walls, vents, and floors were still unclean. I requested cleaning for the kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry room. Even with this limited scope, and time left at the end, the work was incomplete. The blinds were untouched, and grout was not cleaned because the merchant said she did not have the machine. According to her checklist, grout cleaning is separate, but this was not disclosed in the Groupon ad and the checklist was only sent after the service was completed.

I paid $280 for this service, but based on the merchant’s own pricing, a basic cleaning would have cost $185. The merchant admitted that Groupon customers often receive reduced-quality service compared to direct clients. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Groupon only offered $56 in Groupon Bucks, far less than the value of what I actually received.

Overall, this experience was misleading and frustrating, and it reflects poorly on both Flow’s services and Groupon’s vetting process. I cannot recommend this service through Groupon.

If there is a issue the Owner comes out to speak with you and gets the problem corrected. That is not something you find to much today.

Unmatched customer service. So far the results are looking good. Good communication about the time and reason for treatment, always answers all my questions.

We have some of the greenest grass in the neighborhood, for the most months out of the year! Their prices are not as low as some of the competition, but the results speak for themselves, especially when compared to that competition. Xmplary is the only company we trust with our lawn!

I have used several lawn care companies but Xmplary is by far the best. Kevin always personally contacts me prior to every application so that we can schedule around when my landscaper mows. Other companies don’t do this. I also love that he does paperless invoices upon request.
