We had several electrical problems that needed to be addressed. One required more intensive problem solving to find the issue. Ahmad was very professional, courteous, friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He had a great attitude and kind spirit. He never complained about having to walk through the woods from a street over to get to our home since our street had not been cleared and was blocked from the heavy snowfall. He was willing to address all our concerns and treated us with a great deal of respect as if he valued us and our business.

Ahmad discovered the problem and discussed the pricing with us before doing the work. We had a home warranty, but it did not cover all the costs. We found his pricing to be fair and worth every dollar. We also liked the professional nature of his digital invoice. It contained photos and details of the work completed. This is great for our Home Repair Files, as memories get fuzzy months or years down the road.

Ahmad entered our home, covered his shoes, gently laid his tools down, and was careful not to damage anything in our home as he repaired outlets and switches, and traveled up and down the stairs. Ahmad was very good at explaining technical things in a way we could understand. He answered all our questions and eased our concerns. We knew we could count on him to repair our electrical issues and make our home safe again.
In the past, we have had experiences where repairmen leave a mess to clean up when they complete their work. Upon reviewing his work, we found that he cleaned up behind himself and left no trace of debris behind. We were grateful that he took such pride in his work and respected our home.

He also informed us of potential issues with our electrical system and recent changes in building codes since our home was built in 2007. We were grateful for that information as we could plan for any necessary repairs and upgrades over the next few years.

It’s been a week since he provided our service and the quality of his work speaks for itself. We are always grateful when we encounter professional people of good character, integrity, work ethic, cheerful disposition, take pride in their work, and are experts in their profession. We will refer him to our friends and use him again for all our electrical needs.

Dave, assisted by Ben, added a complicated special connector in my garage. Everything from scheduling to installation went perfectly. Dave has returned twice to check and then replace a defective connector. His work is done perfectly. Highly recommend them.
