My wife and I recently had the satisfying experience of engaging the professional electrician services of Autumn Electric Co., Inc.

Our recent basement remodeling project involved very complex overhead lighting redesign and delicate, state-of-the-art, fixture installations. Autumn Electric's Dave Barsotti (Master Electrician) worked hand-in-hand with our creative custom lighting designer (Dave Konstantin). Barsotti followed the detailed design plans to perfection, while readily accommodating any and all of our "last minute" personal design changes. Barsotti, representing the spirit of Autumn Electric, showed the utmost concern to please his customer and do the job right, at the exact price agreed.

Throughout decades of working with dozens of electricians, in dozens of projects all over this country, my wife and I have never encountered a more experienced, skilled, respectful or honest electrician and company than Dave Barsotti and Autumn Electric Co., Inc.

Excellent! Great service and workmanship. Rick was awesome and did everything that I asked on the quote, plus sorted something else I thought of on the morning of the work. This review was submitted & accepted on 9/9/17 but was never posted. So here it is again. On 8/14/17, Phil & Greg replaced the overhead lighting in our kitchen, eat-in area, & stairway with recessed LED lighting. They also replaced the corresponding switches with LED compatible switches with dimming capability. Phil & Greg worked very well together. Both were enormously professional, friendly, & informative. They made sure I was comfortable with the layout of the recessed lighting in the kitchen & eat-in area before install commenced. I couldn't be more pleased with the total outcome. Thank you Phil & Greg -- WONDERFUL JOB! Autumn Electric has been added to my contact list!

Giving autumn electric five stars for quality customer service. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and because the job we needed was below a certain cost we were able to get a quote on the phone. The quote was very reasonable.

Long story short, but due to our own mistake we actually did not end up needing the service we requested. The technician quickly resolved our issue in a matter of seconds. We were very embarrassed and offered to pay for him coming out anyways - but the technician was incredibly kind, happy for us that it was easy to resolve, and said there would be no charges.

Given we did not actually need their services, I can’t speak for the execution of services they provide but know we will be calling again with any electrical needs we have... hopefully we actually need them next time :)

Highest recommend! Dave at Autumn Electric was extremely professional from site visit, estimate, to installation for our hot tub and sub-panel, RV power box, and main panel cb adjustments. Dave was able to fit us into a busy schedule so our spa could be running the day after delivery. They are 5 stars for a reason.

I highly recommend Autumn Electric. I have had them install ceiling fans, wire my entire basement, expand my breaker box, add lighting and troubleshoot problems. Each and every time the people were on time for the appointment and were very friendly, clean and professional and the prices were very reasonable. Autumn Electric is the only company I trust to do electrical work. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

We are so happy with Autumn Electric! Dave came out and helped us by installing three additional outlets in our basement utility room along with installing a car charger for our hybrid in the garage. His work was impeccable- masks, drop clothes, and he was so careful with our home- there was a small hole that he had to cut into our ceiling and he took the time to do a patch on it! He was so polite and made sure we understood everything that he was doing along the way. We will definitely use his company in the future for our electric needs.

This is a great local business that is reliable and professional. We work with them regularly. Dave and his crew are easy to work with and scheduling with Darrell is always a smooth process.

Great service- they called back the same day with a reasonable estimate for our fairly simple job.

They didn't "need" to come out for a site visit like other companies who charge $50-100 just to give an outrageous estimate. They didn't come in with a tablet and try to upsell me on a $5k rewire of my whole breaker box like some other jokers did.

Autumn were quick, professional, and did a clean job. Will definitely be using them again.

Technician Rick showed up early on Monday to address a series of malfunctioning lights. He repaired a recessed light socket, fixed a bent bracket in a flickering pendant light, and changed a hard-to-reach recessed above in a stairway. His repairs spared us the expense of new materials. He was extremely friendly and patient, and spent a lot of time explaining how he addressed each problem. He showed us how to remove the covers of two under-cabinet light fixtures. He also showed us that we could replace recessed light bulbs with LEDs, using only a small adjustment to the mounting prongs, which we were able to do ourselves later that day. He spent an hour at our home, and his extensive repairs and education were well worth the $199 flat rate. We have used Autumn Electric several times, and have always been extremely satisfied!

Easy to work with, got back with me quickly to schedule an appointment, arrived early, and did a great job fixing a faulty outlet. Great company that I would use again.

Autumn Electric with service master Chris made my day. After a severe lighting strike at our house, we needed help. Chris tackled several problems and soon our circuits and outlets and switches were working. The service charged was well reasonable.

This company does not value your time or their commitments. Don't waste your time with them. We had an 8am appointment scheduled. They called the afternoon before to confirm the appointment which we appreciated. However, on the morning of our appointment, we waited and waited until we finally called to see what was holding them up. They told us "we aren't going to make it today. Can we reschedule?" Unbelieveable. They weren't even going to call us to let us know, we had to call them. We were late to work and switched things around in our schedule for this appointment only for them to not honor their commitment and then not even show us the basic courtesy of calling us to let us know they weren't going to make it. Now I see from other reviews that we are not the only customers they have done this to.

TL:DR Good customer service. Good electricians. Would recommend.

Longer version: Had multiple electrical projects around the house and needed an electrician. These guys were recommended by a neighbor so I tried them out on a single recessed light fixture that wouldn’t turn on. They figured out the issue, rewired it, and got it working again.

Have since used them for multiple projects and will likely continue to do so in the future. They’re professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend Autumn Electric.

I had Autumn Electric install an EV charger in my garage, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From the beginning, the process was professional and straightforward. I submitted a request through their website, and they quickly scheduled an in-person estimate. Unlike other providers who only gave estimates through photos or Google Maps, Autumn Electric took the time to come out, inspect the setup, and recommend the best path to run the conduit.

The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, which I really appreciated. They also gave me honest recommendations. Other companies tried to convince me I needed a heavy-up—even though my home is only 10 years old and a heavy-up is typically only needed when adding additions. Some providers even quoted me up to $15,000. Autumn Electric, on the other hand, gave me a fair and reasonable estimate without pushing unnecessary upgrades.

Overall, Autumn Electric delivered excellent workmanship, honesty, and value. I’ve even recommended them to friends who are getting work done at their homes, and I’ll continue to recommend them in the future.
