Highly recommend this company! We have used them several times now for various plumbing projects. Each time they are punctual, professional, and go above and beyond. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other plumbers in the area.

Driving down route 29 at the intersection of RT 50 in fairfax. The van started riding his horn at this other car that was pulling out and merging. The other car caused a 5 second delay to the other drivers while trying to merge in.

Driver of the Long corporation van started road raging and yelling and cursing out the window. I had my kids in the car and they were definitely shocked at the driver raging and yelling. He gunned it past the merged car, then slammed his brakes at the traffic light.

A disgusting representation of your company in your company car.

Unsure if the m quality of work they do, but be weary of anger issues and minor inconveniences may trigger some unnecessary drama.

It’s the IDGAD attitude while in company car that is shocking.

Highly recommend Long's Corp..!! Mike the technician installed a new hot water heater. It was defective and leaking, Mike came the next morning and installed a new one. He did an excellent job on solving the problem and was very knowledgeable. Mike was professional, courteous and apologized for having to replace the defective water heater the second time. Mike was punctual and completed the work in a timely manner.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Arrived earlier than estimated. They have fixed 3 toilets in my house, one bathroom sink and one shower faucet. Always explain what the issue is and what the repair or replacement needs are. Always very respectful of my space and always clean up after themselves. Top notch.

I had an excellent experience with Long’s corporation. I had a plumbing problem with an outdoor faucet. I contacted Long’s On a Monday and they were out Tuesday morning. Jorge Was outstanding and very friendly, and did amazingly good work. The job required some removal of a small part of the ceiling and it was done meticulously with little damage. Plumbing work was outstanding, and I will say very reasonable. I would definitely use them again, as I was thoroughly satisfied from beginning to end.

Steve, the mechanic who serviced our ailing A/C, was punctual and thorough with his inspection. His troubleshooting diagnosed the issue as a thermostat problem and within the hour, the house is back to cooling itself beautifully. We’re thrilled, especially since we were afraid that our 24 yr. old unit would need to be replaced at great cost to us. Someday it will, but happy that that’s a ways down the road yet. Long's Corp did a great job with our plumbing issue. We needed a new faucet on the side of our home to replace one that no longer worked. It was more complicated in that the new outside faucet would need to be in a different location, as access to pipes was blocked by a shower. Long's did a great job of rerouting the pipes to the new location. Fixed the problem. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained all the steps. Really appreciate the professional work.

I would highly recommend Longs Corporation. We use them for a yearly furnace and AC tuneup. Recently, we used them to install a water heater. They were punctual, diagnosed and fixed the same day. The technician who always comes to our house, Steve, is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.
