I contacted Pioneer Plumbers for 2 problems, a hose bib repair/replacement and clogged drain. I appreciated the option to have a virtual/FaceTime review of these problems with their master plumber. Work was efficiently scheduled (thanks James) and completed in accordance with estimate. The technician (Max) was very professional and courteous. The day after the work was completed I contacted them with a concern which they promptly reviewed and fully addressed my concern without additional cost. In my experience, Pioneer Plumbers is truly focused on customer service/satisfaction and I would recommend to others.

Pioneer did the backflow testing for us last week. Great communication. The tech arrived even before the appointment time and did a very efficient job. Highly recommend them.

Texted Pioneer Plumbing Sunday night after a DIY project ended in a leak with the water turned off. Ben came at 8am the next morning. He surveyed the problem, came up with a plan and proposal that was very fair. Plumbing was not just fixed, but improved. Quick, quality work. Wonderful experience!

In October I hired Pioneer Plumbers to install a sink disposal as I didn't want to do it myself and I deeply regret that decision. In the course of the install the plumber broke the drain pipe to the point where it was just loose inside my wall - something he DEFINITELY should have noticed. This caused everything from my sink to flow into my wall, resulting in a $6000 remediation for my exterior siding and basement.

They "fixed" the broken pipe connection, but even to this day there is a slower leak on the actual disposal install point, causing water to accumulate under my sink.

Absolute amateur hour. Avoid at all costs.

Had waterdrop RO installed under the sink and they were throughly professional and had FaceTime estimates to start with and scheduling was also a breeze. After the installation as well when there was an issue, they helped out the troubleshooting by contacting waterdrop directly and offering the resolution. Would definitely recommend them.

They came promptly as scheduled and rebuilt an old 3-gang tub/shower faucet assembly. Problem was the diverter, but Ben and Max put completely new assembly and it works like new!

Pioneer Plumber did a fantastic job fixing my leaking sink! They came in an hour and a half after the call. Max, the plumber was efficient and let me know what was happening every step of the way. This is a small family owned business and I recommend them highly.

Excellent Service from Pioneer Plumbers!

The technician showed up exactly at the time we had scheduled, which I really appreciated. He replaced our Aquasana Rhino and salt-free water conditioner efficiently and with great attention to detail. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly when I had questions. After completing the work, he cleaned up the entire area and left it spotless. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely call Pioneer Plumbers again for future needs. Highly recommend!

A new technician from Pioneer Plumbing came today to fix a plumbing issue in my home. He said he was new to the company. He resolved the issue quickly. And was as respectful and pleasant as the other Pioneer plumbers I’ve worked with.
