I’m very careful about who I let work on my appliances, especially my Miele oven, so I was a bit skeptical at first. I called Appliance Magician and spoke with Fuad, and he sounded knowledgeable right away. What impressed me most was that he was able to come the very next day, while other companies told me I’d have to wait several days just to get someone out. The issue was that the oven temperature wouldn’t rise to 350°F when using the bake setting, which made it impossible to cook properly. Fuad quickly diagnosed the problem and explained clearly which part needed to be replaced and why. He ordered the part and came back shortly after to install it. I was really relieved because I was planning to host family soon and definitely needed the oven working again in time. Thankfully I didn’t have to wait long for the repair, and everything is working perfectly now.

Mr Ramiz was timely and excellent in describing where we are in the process. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issue.

They came on time and determined that a board was bad and under warranty. LG provided the replacement board on Friday and the repair was made by Wednesday.

Specifically told VA Appliance Repair what the issue was (had part replaced twice already) they diagnosed different part and tried to charge me more than $700 plus a 3% cc fee. They got me for the $100 diagnosis fee... so, there's that. BTW, paid ~$300 for the repair and no cc processing fee. Technician showed up in his time slot - which was good. Just beware - lot's of these type of companies out there.

After explaining the problem with the microwave on several occasions on the phone and on the internet the technician who came didn’t have the parts to repair the microwave.

Today, several weeks, later Gulilat Haileselassie from Virginia Appliance Repair repaired our microwave. Many thanks to Gulilat.

A little bit of miscommunication but they ended up fixing the dryer within just a few days and the technician even cleaned the dryer while he was at our house.

Ahmed did a good job of explaining the situation to me and providing a solution. Very nice and personable.
