Technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. My 19- year old dryer was squeaking very loudly. It just needs a belt and some ball bearings.

The scheduling was easy. The tech showed up on time. They diagnosed the problem (dishes not being cleaned) as being the pump, which they repaired for $600 (pump is $300 retail). After running the dishwasher with the new pump, the problem was not solved. They agreed to return. Upon return, the tech noticed the spray arm holes were clogged with hard things/calcium buildup at the ends (dirty dishes not getting water at ends). The tech cleaned the spray arms and recommended using a vinegar mix every month, the problem was solved, dishes are clean. The problem wasn’t exclusively fixed with the $600 pump. Maybe he should have checked out the spray that first in his diagnosis. I’m out $600.

Customer service and communication were great. I had initial service call rescheduled a couple of times, but they always let me know. Repair estimate was fair but to expensive. We decided to buy a new unit.

He said my washer needed a new pump. Said he’d order it. That I’d get an invoice from you guys same day. Never heard back. So no my project isn’t repaired. And for 5 minute assessment I paid quite a bit.

This organizations is by far the worst appliance service organization and technician I have ever encountered. Instead of addressing the issues with my brand-new microwave, the technician chose to lecture me on how to close the microwave door and offered a workaround for getting it to function when it displays the "close door and then press start" message. I would strongly advise anyone against using this organization for any appliance repair needs. It's unfortunate that Whirlpool have them handling their service calls. This is a new Pulte home so Pulte arranged the service.

This was a great first experience with Virginia Appliance Repair. Gulilat came in and was able to assess the issue right away and got our refrigerator up and running quickly. I will absolutely be using them again.

The repairman was timely, efficient, and kind. He diagnosed the problem quickly and actually was able to fix it. He put everything back together (even the parts we removed) and returned the refrigerator to its proper place.
