Thiago from Roof Real Clean is great. He has power washed house and deck for me multiple times, cleaned gutters and installed gutter guards. Great work at a fair price. Great communication. A bunch of my neighbors hired him too. Great company.

Thiago did an exceptionally good job clearing and cleaning our roof. The roof was covered in many places with dirt and leaves. A portion of the roof is flat. Dirt and leaves and brush from overhanging trees had backed up into the roof valleys. We actually had small bushes growing on our roof! Thiago removed all of it from the roof and cleaned the entire roof. He arrived on time and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Roof Real Clean for roof cleaning work.

I recently utilized the services of Roof Real Clean to have my home power washed and the outcome was absolutely outstanding. I previously used this company (about a year ago) to power wash the back of my home, some walkout basement stairs and my driveway. I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that I decided to use them again. After speaking with Thiago Fonseca and setting up an appointment, everything from arrival time to work quality was great. In a matter of hours, they were able to clean away years of dirt, green algae and spider webs. The finishing result is just great. Our roof was in desperate need of cleaning with a significant amount of algae. Thiago was great and thoroughly cleaned the roof. Our neighbors promptly told us our roof looks ten years younger. With the roof successfully cleaned, we also had our siding cleaned. I just wish we could have done it years ago!

Just WOW! I will ALWAYS use Roof Real Clean again. I wish I could clone Thiago and use him for all my household jobs. He showed up on time for his estimate, and for the service. He was super polite and professional. He quoted a fair and reasonable service price. He had great attention to detail and made sure our house looks great! He even completed the work by the time other companies promised to send someone else out for a quote.

Sadly, the only thing I forgot to do was take a before and after picture to post here to show what a great job he did. If you have any doubts though, Thiago has numerous before and after pics he takes with each job. Ask him to show some.

Noticed some stains on my roof that always bothered me and after seeing a neighbors new roof go in, I decided I needed to get mine cleaned.

Called up a few companies and got quotes and Roof Real Clean was one of them.

Mauricio came out and we walked around the house taking a look and I let him know what I wanted done -whole roof cleaned and 7 skylights cleaned + chimney. Lots of algae and debris after years of neglect and he told me he could take care of it no problem. We had a good conversation and I felt comfortable and never felt like I was getting up-charged or sold on additional items. In fact he even told me some of the stuff I wanted wasn't necessary.

That sold me and we agreed as his price was very fair and he was running the whole operation himself.

Had rain delays for a few days and he kept me up to date the whole time.

And when he was done cleaning everything I couldn't believe how great it looked. Legitimately looks like a new roof.

Roof Real Clean cleaned the moss out of our roof and cleaned the outside of the house. the deck, and the roof. Then they repaired some planks in the deck and restained it. We had an excellent experience with Roof Real Clean; we needed our front roof cleaned as it gets constant weathering from trees in our front yard. We also had some shingles on the back roof that had fallen and they did the repair for that as well. They were consistently prompt and professional and took great care around the plantings around the house.

For the cleaning of our large, complex, and very discolored roof in McLean, Virginia, Thiago Fonseca and his crew lived up to the name of the company, as we had a REALLY CLEAN ROOF after their treatment.

It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Thiago was the first company to respond to my request for bids, and in all subsequent messages he responded promptly. I was concerned about good communications, as we had leased out the house and were not in Virginia to observe the work. He also had the lowest bid.

Our tenants reported that the work crew arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned our roof, which was covered with a lot of tree sap and moss. Although our asphalt shingle roof is over 20 years old, it looks like new now.

Later that day, Thiago emailed me a complete set of before and after photos of all areas of the roof and an invoice. A few days later I asked him about the condition of the roof, and he promptly responded that we had 7-15 years of wear left on the roof and he also recommended replacement of our gutters which were sagging.

I contacted Roof Real Clean after a hard search for a business that can undertake house wash, roof wash, roof repair and gutter repair at the same time. All efforts to find that one stop contractor had failed till I came across Roof Real Clean. I noticed they had 5 star rating so I called and spoke to Mr. Thiago. He was affable, responsive, respectful and very professional in his conduct. A day before the date on which the work was scheduled, Mr. Thiago called ahead of time to let me know that due to inclement weather he would come the day after the scheduled date. He also offered to fix my gutter and a detached window shutter for me for free! Long story short, the finished work was beyond my expectations. My house has never been so picture perfect with any previous contractor ever. I normally wouldn't have the time to write a review but in this case I feel lobligated to let the world know the good work that Roof Real Clean is doing! The best way to have your own experience with them is to contract them and have your own personal story to share. I hired Roof Real Clean to clean off some streaks on my roof. Thiago is amazing.
