Working with Roof Real Clean was a positive experience start to finish! It was easy to get the estimate, and then they arrived as scheduled and did a great job removing stains and moss from our roof. He also did a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly to me. Highly recommended for roof cleaning.

I have been using Roof Real Clean for several years now to clean my house sidings, patios, decks, screened in porch, gutters, and roof. Thiago is the owner of the company and the one-man job. From the first time until now, I've always been completely satisfied with his job as he is very thorough and takes his time to clean or perform the job perfectly. He also takes an extra mile to do beyond the job he was initially asked/set to perform to ensure his customer is happy overall. For example, this year while he was cleaning one of my houses, he noticed the furnace vent pipe that protrudes through the roof missing the vent cap, so he had no problem of installing a new one for me. I now have a total of three houses that I am reliable on his service going forward on a regular basis. I have referred his company to all my friends and relatives for the exterior house cleaning services. I strongly recommend to anyone out there to use this company for your exterior need as well. Lastly, I want to say that his charge is very reasonable, and sometimes I felt like he is under charge and gave him some extra as additional tips for his excellent work.

Thaigo is likely one of the best roof and gutter cleaners in the area. I have lived in this house for over 25 years and have never had such reliable service. I have been using his services for several years and he ALWAYS does a perfect job. Thaigo strives to satisfy his customers. Hard to find such dedicated, honest, reliable and capable services today. Thaigo is highly professional, reliable, easy to work with, takes much pride in his work. I strongly recommend him for your roof and gutter cleaning.

Roof Real Clean is a wonderful company. I have used them to clean green algae off roof, power was deck brick floor, and power wash out gutters. Everything looked brand new after the jobs were performed. Price was reasonable and they cleaned up after every job. You won't be sorry to hire this company!

I needed to remove moss from the roof of my house. I contacted Thiago as he had great reviews on Google. He is very pleasant to work with. He took time and did a thorough job on my roof --- he sprayed treatment product to kill the moss and soft washed my roof. He cleaned the gutter, too. As you can see from these pictures, the roof looks clean after his great job. I highly recommend him.

I’ve been using this company for several years now and they are terrific! (And I normally don’t post reviews.) Zeyma and the team are kind, polite, hard workers and just do a great job! I have had numerous services over the years and this is my favorite by far! They just make me happy.

I stay at home and am very meticulous with keeping the house. I notice any and everything that is out of place or not cleaned. With our 5th on the way we needed the extra cleaning help and decided to go with Jade Der after various interviews. They are very kind, responsive and easy to schedule with. They are extremely easy to work with and address my needs and wants right away. We have used Jade Der, Inc a few times and they have been very thorough and efficient. On our first cleaning we had some missed areas and broken items and the owner and housekeeping manager were at our house within a few hours to clean the missed areas, make notes for next time and offered to cover the costs of broken items. We have not had any issues since the first cleaning and have been extremely happy. When I come home after a cleaning, I go through the house throughly and it is cleaned to my high standards. As for price, they fall in the middle and we feel that they are worth it!

I call these ladies my angels! I used their services when I lived with a friend in a town home, and just had them clean my 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent job every time! We have used Jade Der for over 10 years. They are professional, reliable and do an excellent job. The crews are kind and respectful when we have to work from home while they are there. They also did a move out cleaning and knocked it out of the park! We will miss their service as we moved out of the area. Highly recommend.
