Ayoub did a wonderful job cleaning my Persian rug. Jamie and Corey were the technicians who picked up and delivered my rug. They were very courteous and patient, moving back all my heavy furniture when they delivered my rug and reassembling my LoveSac sectional perfectly. It was very much a white glove service.

We have used Ayoub Carpet Service for their excellent carpet cleaning and repair for many years. But we recently had them install carpeting and plank flooring. Fred Saah and his team of pros helped us to make great choices. They installed beautiful carpeting and flooring. The teams were fast, neat and did top-notch work. We highly recommend Ayoub and will continue to use their terrific services!

Four years ago, when we decided to replace the wall-to-wall carpeting on two levels and connecting stairs in our home, we used Ayoub because they were highly recommended by our friends. From that initial experience, we became Ayoub fans and repeat customers. Most recently, Omar and Jonny came to clean our wall-to-wall carpet as well as several large area rugs. Not only did they do a spectacular job, they were also prompt, efficient and friendly! Their excellent work is consistent with the high quality we have come to expect from Ayoub.

Ayoub Carpet service did a great job! I was at a disadvantage, not being from the area, I needed to have some carpets picked up, cleaned, and shipped to another state, so I googled carpet cleaning services. I called several to get ballpark figures, and I was impressed with the professionalism when I called Ayoub. They were very accommodating, willing to work with my schedule for pick up. Communication from Carlos the morning of pick up was excellent, he was friendly, yet professional and knowledgable. Communication with Nicole during the process was excellent. I had Ayoub clean 3 carpets for us, photos were sent before and after, I was aware of some stains and normal wear and tear. The carpets arrived well packed, and in wonderful condition, they all look like new! Stains were gone! I would highly recommend using Ayoub carpet cleaning!

Jamie and Hamilton were on time, friendly, and courteous. The rug looked great, and they placed it just where I wanted it. Great company. The second wool rug has not been placed yet, but I know it will be great too.

Carlos & Mercedes were so positive, friendly, and professional when they picked up and returned my oriental carpet. They rolled up the padding and placed it in another room for me, and when they returned they brought the padding back and placed padding & carpet exactly as I requested. They even moved my coffee table back in place. The cleaned carpet looks amazing! It was super easy to make appointments for pickup and delivery by phone. Started a renovation at our home, and needed our oriental rugs cleaned. Contacted a few companies, and noting could beat the prices that Ayoub Carpet Service. Not to mention, they provided pick up and delivery services, which we REALLY needed. Before our renovation started Jamie was on the job picking up our rugs from our home. Having had good service from Ayoub in the past, I chose to have them clean two area rugs. One small rug 10 x 12 and one very large oriental rug 13 x 20. They. picked up at the time they said and have just dropped off the cleaned rugs and new carpet pads. The oriental rug also had edging replaced. Carlos and Freddie brought back the cleaned rugs and we’re very professional. They called when they were on the way they worked quickly and efficiently. One pad needed trimming, which they did on site. Both rugs were replaced perfectly. The furniture was put back where it belongs. I’m very satisfied with the service from Carlos and Freddy and with the work done by Ayoub in cleaning and restoring my rugs. I will use them again.

Everyone I talked with was extremely courteous and helpful. They’re efficient and real professionals. The Pickup and delivery of the rugs was perfect and well communicated. My rugs look amazing! They’re off-white rugs and had lots of spots and now they look brand new! Jamie and Cory were wonderful with the Pickup and delivery and placed my furniture perfectly on top of the newly cleaned rugs.

We were very happy with our service from Omar and Jonny! They did such a great job and were so quick! The service took maybe an hour and they got my stairs, hallway, and primary bedroom looking great! Would definitely recommend.

The guys at Ayoub Carpet Service went above and beyond to install three beautiful carpet runners in my historic home in Old Town Alexandria. From Fred the project manager who came to my home not once but twice to show me the carpet samples and measure my stairs to the technicians Omar and Sergio who installed the carpet perfectly in just one day and cleaned up behind themselves, Ayoub made this project a simple and hassle-free experience for me as a single homeowner. In the last month I have had all 10 of my various sized oriental rugs picked up for cleaning then returned. In this process I also needed to replace 3 rug pads. Lastly, the Ayoub office staff kept me apprised of my carpet cleaning status, schedule for pick up and delivery and breakdown of costs and any questions I had in a timely and thorough manner.

Ayoub services have come through with stellar cleaning power a few times for us, but home and rental properties. Carpets (petc stains, unknown) and hardwoods (clean and polish). Highly recommended. Get your other quotes before you call these guys, so you know best deal, and they can clean when they're first there. Will use again first choice whenever they have discounts and promotions. Included photos: you can see where new carpet was patched and dirt contrast. After deep cleaning, steam and sanitizer, it's only mildly noticeable. Very happy with results and great price.
