I originally agreed to a pretty low price for two rugs. When they came to pick up (very late in the evening) I was upsold to a much higher price. I agreed to this, but next morning I thought better of it and called asking to have the rugs back. He said he could only bring them back that day (my wife and I were both working), and refused to consider holding them until the next day when I could accept them. He then offered me a rate in between the original offer and what I had agreed to late at night.

I didn't hear anything for two weeks. I called back two or three times before finally getting an answer and a delivery date - that they missed. I had to call again (two or three times) to schedule another delivery, which they did eventually make. And then I realized I had been overcharged on the delivery fee. When I called about that, I was told a manager would call me back - yeah, that never happened.

We scheduled the appointment for the following Friday at 9 AM, and I mentioned I had a meeting at 1:30, so I needed the job to be done before then. He called the office to confirm the appointment and that the crew and equipment were available. When it was noon, they hadn’t arrived yet. However, Nolan did call at 9:30 that morning to let me know the crew had another job but would be there soon. I called the office and learned they were still busy with that job, and the dispatcher thought my appointment was set for 1 PM. I had to cancel my meeting and was unsure when they would show up since the dispatcher didn’t know their location. But once the crew finally arrived, they were friendly and knowledgeable, doing a fantastic job. They even removed pet stains that other cleaning services couldn’t get out before. With my carpet being off white, even the smallest stains were noticeable. I would recommend their work and hope the scheduling issue isn’t typical. If they had been on time, I would have easily given them 5 stars.
