Fairly priced and they came fast as I called and they fit me in same day. It did take an hour longer for them to complete than originally claimed as it was very clogged. He had a very noisy machine running for two whole hours and made a lot of trips back n forth to the truck but after having three different companies out they solved the problem.

Update 3/2018 : They have now been to my place several times for annual cleaning and are the only company I have used that guarantees the work. The guys that come out are alway very polite and serious about their job. One even took the time to explain the process to my overly exquisite daughter, who must know how everything in the world works. I highly recommend them.

I am giving a 4, and not a 5, only because the technician was over an hour late as he was held up on his previous job. Otherwise, he resolved my clogged dyer vent issue, when Sears had previously failed to do so; I have a fairly old condo. They also provide a 1-year warranty...so if the issue is not solved after their visit, they will come back with a different solution. They cost a little bit more than Sears, but care enough to get the job done, unlike Sears.
