These are the kindest people around!! I went into their office because I had no heat in the downstairs of my home and it was very cold!! I had not had any heat all winter and it was about to snow. They told me that they Numerous calls And we’re very busy and they would get to me as soon as possible. Mary, The woman at the counter/Owner knew that I was desperate and needed help badly. She had someone there before the end of the day to fix my HVAC. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend this company to anyone they are awesome!!

These great people worked me in on one of their buisiest days of the year. I had water leaking thru my ceiling from the air handler tray over flowing. The technician was great and found the issue right away. The drain line from the air handler had been tied into the plumbing drain line rather than thru the foundation to drain outside and was clogged.. He cut the pipe and the clog came right out and then he went above the call of duty and piped it correctly outside the house thru the foundation. I am very appreciative of the receptionist getting somebody out here on the same day of calling and really appreciate the job the technician did. It was definitely a dirty job because when the clog broke loose he got soaked but shook it off like a champ. Many thanks to Tim, the company, and Caleb for getting it done. I highly recommend Air Mechanix. They have great employees working for them.

New to the area and was nervous about who to call as I didn't want someone's first recommendation to be to replace the whole unit.

Called Air Mechanix after they were recommended multiple times on Facebook and was not disappointed.

Scott came out, quickly assessed the system. He did a recharge, a leak test, and cleared the drain line while educating me on things to look out for in the future.

When checking out the air handler he took upon himself to fix some of the falling insulation. Total bill was about half of what I was expecting. Will definitely use them again.

The service was excellent; the tech was very professional and knowledgeable and got the job completed in a timely manner. I would recommend these folks to other.

Of course, during what has been one of the hottest days on record, our air conditioning system was not working properly. The inside temperature upstairs quickly climbed to 96 degrees. And, of course too, it was a weekend! My husband placed a service call to Tim Parrish, owner of Air Mechanix, first thing on Monday morning. Tim and his crew were inundated with service calls from other customers who were also experiencing similar issues. By late afternoon, however, Tim rolled up in his van, got to work on finding the issue, and had it resolved in less than half an hour. Our capacitor had gone bad. Needless to say, we slept MUCH better that night! When Tim left us, even after an already very long day of work, he was off to rescue the next customer in distress. We have been very pleased with the services of Air Mechanix over the years. We were pleased to learn that he had purchased another one of our favorite companies: Rawlings Mechanical, where Tim got his start in the HVAC business. As he aptly said, “it has come full circle.” Our community is blessed!

Technician called prior to his visit and did a very through analyses and then advised me of my situation. Very polite and professional. Fixed my problem and recommended solution.

The service tech, Chris, was exceptional. So professional, so knowledgeable. Called and reported the problem in the morning and it was fixed by early afternoon; such quick service, and this on one of the hottest days of the year. Thanks so much for the great service!

EDIT... Chris just came for what we thought was a major issue and fixed it in less than 45 seconds. It was amazing to see! Two years after meeting this company and I would still recommend them to everyone I know in the area! Hats off to you!

So Scott came and serviced my house. He was extremely professional, timely and informed me everything that he was doing and found wrong. He fixed my home up promptly and in good order. Would highly recommend him and Air Mechanix!
