Christian was fantastic! He was a breeze to schedule with and talked through the entire process so that it was clear and easy. He was able to complete an entire house clean while we managed a partial move out. I will use Spiffy for all future cleaning needs in VB, I wish he was in NC so I could use him for my personal residence. Highly recommend and very competitive pricing.

Christian was super friendly and did a great job!! Hired him to do a move out carpet cleaning and everything turned out amazing. He communicated the entire time, sent pictures, and his prices were very good. Would highly recommended to anyone needing cleaning!

My experience with this company started in March 2020.  After 3 months of calling, I FINALLY got a contract on June 6, 2020, which I accepted.  During the last 14 months, I have called, emailed, and texted.  Most of the time, I’ve received no response.  Sometimes I received a text that said they were too busy to do my job.  Occasionally I was told my job would be done in a few weeks, only to never hear anything again.  Here are pictures of the contract and what I’ve had to live with while waiting.  I’ve spent countless hours weeding broken driveway edging, and had to hire a contractor to come abate parts that are worsening.  I don’t know why a company would string someone along like this, costing them countless hours and money trying to hold the problem together - never mind the anxiety and upset of being ignored - only to never show up.  I have never been dismissed and treated so badly by a company.  BEWARE

My husband and I wanted a playground area for our children. However our backyard is sloped, making it difficult to plan anything that required flat land. Custom Landscape and Design came by and immediately solved our problems! They designed a retention wall and the perfect sized play area. My family absolutely loves it, including the built in benches. Custom Landscape and Design did a thorough job, they worked in a timely manner, they were professional and communicated effectively. We highly recommend this company!

Worst HVAC contractor ever. After installation I received very high electric bills. I determined that the house was being heated with the electric coils of the air handler only. During the service call the technician discovered that the packing materials had never been removed thus preventing the outdoor unit from working. It was also determined that the unit was low on Freon and wouldn't cool properly. They had to add Freon to the correct level for it to work properly. I asked if they checked for a leak and was told no. Even though they were the ones who improperly installed the unit they billed me for the Freon. How unprofessional is that. Although it did no good, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My advice would be to not use them. And I would never recommend them to anyone.

Great local home heating, cooling and repair company that provides these services for the local area. Have been using them for many, many years and their service has always been wonderful!

Able to provide same day service. Servicemen were polite. Explained the problem and promptly fixed it. Also installed a new wi-fi thermostat and explained how to set it. Reasonably priced.

Had two some ac go out and came out first thing in the morning and repaired parts and cleaned unit. Excellent service and didn’t gouge us. When time to replace system they won our business!!!

Very rude tried to schedule maintenance and basically told me I could be charged from whatever last job was which could be anywhere. I don’t think it’s fair to be charged any amount of money based on where last service was. Won’t be in business long if this is how they treat customers

Tim came out and quickly diagnosed why my heat pump had stop working. Replaced the capacitor and unit was as good as new. He was friendly and professional will certainly be using this company from now on.
