We had to replace our existing AC/Heating unit. From the moment they came to inspect our unit we knew we were in great hands. Kevin was thorough and answered every question and concerned we had. They provided us with a few estimates that included different installation options. It was nice knowing that we were able to choose what route was best for us based off that initial visit. If you want a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient company, Don't hesitate and give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

Anthony is an expert. He figured out an issue with my upstairs unit that I bet most technicians would overlook. Took him 5 minutes to figure out that there was a pipe assembly installed backward, reducing efficiency. This is a solid company with good prices.

Not sure how they receive high reviews! I called for an annual AC maintenance back in May. When I scheduled the appt I clearly said it was for a rental property and asked how much. She informed me it would be $110 plus truck fee of $25. I've used them several times in the past as well..same price stated and paid. Well today I got a bill over $300 saying the unit took longer to clean. According to my tenants they were there for about an hour and 15 min. I knew better than to keep using them. Two years ago they sent me an invoice for the service that I did not schedule. They said I normally call to get it done so they just went out and did it. Who does that?!?! Lesson learned. They do good work but there needs to be better communication. Because of this, I will never use them again. Very disappointing!!

Replaced our HVAC system and the entire process was amazing! Left the place as clean as it was when they first arrived and when I went in the attic to see how tidy the lines were VS before I was amazed.

I called at 0900 with the news by A/C was out. Like most everyone, I had a jam packed day and was trying to determine where I would fit in A/C repair. The staff was very understanding and my A/C was fixed by 1030. The repair guy was knowledgeable and very professional. My thanks to all of you!!

They came out within 4 hours of me calling them. On a HOT 90° Friday! Fixed the issue in 40 mins! My only issue is that they have called me back to set up an appointment so they can quote for a new ductless HVAC system.

Don’t do business with these people there rude and nasty the owner as well and no one will answer your email or calls and my ac unit is a year old and went out on me the company they bought out put the unit in they took on more than they can chew no one will make things right with me there a terrible company stay away from them there not god loving people

This company really helped me out in a pinch. On top of their already busy schedule, they sent out a tech to help me with an issue. They where honest, truthful and gave me an in depth disposition of my issue. Truly thankful for their honesty and integrity.

Great customer service! The technicians are knowledgeable and skilled in working on HVACs. Scott, in particular, is one of the best! I get my unit serviced annealing by this company, Air Mechanix.

Absolutely terrible service. Just avoid altogether.

They came out and determined that our heat pump needed to be replaced. The technician told us it would be July before he could come replace it. He told us he recommended calling around to other companies to see if someone else could do it faster.

We called the main number a few days later to see if it could possibly get done faster, since it’s been cold lately. They told my husband they’d call him back and never did. So I decided to try also, they told me they absolutely could do it faster and they’d call me back after speaking with the technician and never did.

Don’t worry technician, we will take your advice and check other companies. I recommend everyone else do as well.
