Bennetts was a referral from a friend who used them and couldn't have been happier with their work. The tech that came was very polite and professional it took longer then we thought but he was not leaving until it was completed and working properly. Will use them again!!

With this last cold snap we just had in VA our old heating and ac unit just couldn’t keep up . On Christmas it was so bad that the day after we had to call and get the ball rolling to get a new one installed.
We ordered our unit on Dec 26th and it was installed less than 10 days!!!

Zach and Chris installed a new HVAC unit today in our home. They were great. The installation was quick. They were super friendly and left everything looking just as clean when they were done as it was when they arrived. I would certainly recommend them.

I don’t know about everyone but Mike Kio came out he examined my hvac system on the outside and inside, asked me some questions, and explained to me everything that was going on. Very professional and knowledgeable. So if you can request that guy, do it. I recommend this company. Not that many good hvac companies that are honest and ethical.

First time using this company. Tech was friendly, on time, explained maintenance process and completed it in a reasonable fashion. I chose the maintenance product that best suited my needs and will likely use this company again next year.

Technician arrived on time - listened to our problem - and quickly identified the issues with our heat service. Not an HVAC system issue, but bad breaker. He is very knowledgeable and readily advised us on corrective measures - really boils down to replacing the bad breaker, which he could not do - need licensed electrician. We highly recommend Bennet Air Conditioning for fast and reliable service.

I had my electric contact for my heat pump go out on my during a cold spell. I contacted several other big name HVAC companies and the earliest they could get out would be two weeks later. I contacted Bennett and they were out in 4 hours to fix it. The cost was reasonable and the tech was very thorough. I would highly recommend using this company.

I had an urgent need for service since my thermostat had stopped working and the temperature was going to be in the 20s that night. Bennett air conditioning was prompt to come to my aid, even though it was late afternoon. Hans worked diligently to complete the task that needed to be done. I have used their business several times now and have been most pleased.

I worked with Bennett Air for twenty years. I disconnected from them for about five years. They reached out with a special offer and I am so glad I took their offer. I think the technician was thorough and efficient in diagnosing the system. He was also courteous and professional. The service cost was reasonable, and over all, I was satisfied with the experience. However, I am questioning the final recommendation. But someone else is being sent of Friday to take a closer look, and I will hold my final opinion til that’s been completed.

My satisfaction started when I called to ask for an appointment. The scheduler worked with me to fit my schedule. When the technician arrived he was pleasant and technically proficient. He explained his diagnostic process and left for the part. The repair took until 6:30 to complete, but I was charged the flat rate for the job that had been provided before i agreed to the repair. In addition, they gave me a military discount. This is my go-to HVAC company

We were without heat since the Monday before Christmas. I contacted Bennett Air on New Year’s Eve and they scheduled to come out to my home all the way in Glen Allen, VA on January 2nd. Lisa in the office was amazing to talk to and super friendly! Since I lived so far away I was able to send pictures of my HVAC unit trying to save them an unnecessary trip. They came out just to take a look anyway. They had my quote to me within 3 hours. We applied for the no interest financing which was a fast and easy process. On Monday afternoon I was on the schedule for Tuesday to install our new unit! They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) for both the quote visit and installation day! I was told it might take up to 8 hours with in 4 hours I had a brand new system, heat pump, air handler, thermostat installed! They were very friendly, answered any and all questions I had, timely, and left the job areas cleaned up. My little Cavapoo loved the team and made new friends! I highly recommend this family owned business! Thanks for coming almost 2 hours away and doing a great job Bennett Air!
