All stars and I know a little about heatpumps since I personally maintained my old system 29 years.

They did a first class installation of a complete 15 SEER heatpump, line-set, thermostat, and airhandler meeting a page full of my specific requirements but obviously what what they were going to do.

Some quotes I got wanted extra for a few.

I rarely can recommend any service but rest assured they will do it correctly.

I had my entire ductwork system replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole team — from the admin staff to estimator Roger, and the installation crew Patrick and Cameron — was professional, polite, and prompt. They solved an airflow issue in a room that had never gotten enough air, they kept all work areas clean throughout the process, and they finished quicker than was estimated. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend and thank Kearney and Sons enough. Our old unit went out 3 days before a huge winter storm and they were able to find and install a new one within under 24 hours. Thank you Rodger for helping us get the unit and a huge thank you to Spencer and Anthony for installing it so quickly and efficiently!!

Partick Jones, Anthony Rice and Spencer Urban installed a new system at my home yesterday (I believe there was at least one other tech there, but I didn't get his card unfortunately). My wife said they were courteous and professional; I can attest they got the job done quickly. We've been with Kearney & Sons for years for maintenance on a system another vendor originally installed. I went with Kearney because years ago, during a severe cold snap, our system quit working. I called the company we were with (RS Andrews) but couldn't get anyone on the phone. Kearney answered immediately and dispatched a tech right away. And let me also say, Kearney techs will let you know what needs fixing and what can wait; they don't try to pressure you into repairs or replacements.

Just recent had Ian wise here servicing our units. His vast knowledge of the systems and work ethic were beyond expectations. Amazing job. Fixed a thermostat issue which has been wrong for years and should save us a chunk of money for heating. 100% recommend.

My heating would randomly cut out for short periods of time. Ian Wise came to diagnose the issue and quickly was able to explain the probable cause. He is clearly experienced in his field and was willing to explain all of the questions I had.

Can't speak highly enough of my experience with Kearney & Sons. Every step of the way was a pleasant experience; from setting up my appointment with Heather, to going over my estimate and setting up my appointment with Roger, to the installation of the new heat pump by Chuck, Calvin and rest of the team. They will definitely be my go-to for anymore HVAC needs.

I have been a loyal customer of Kearney and sons for almost a decade and have no plans to change that ever. They are always, prompt, polite, neat (they even wear booties so they don’t track on my floors.) Beyond all of that they are knowledgeable professionals that don’t try to sell me things I don’t need. I trust my heating and cooling needs to Kearney and sons completely. Special thanks to Lewis Edwards. He came to do my first annual service and was wonderful at answering all of my questions. Just had Jacob Maher with Kearney & Sons perform a repair, and I’m so glad we did! Jacob was swift, thorough, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and efficient. I’ve never met a more knowledgeable repair tech who also helped make sure I became a more informed homeowner. He quickly identified why my AC wasn’t blowing cold air, came up with a proposal for repair, made sure I understood my options, and then made quick work of making sure it wasn’t just done, but done right and in line with what we discussed. Locally owned, very professional. Chuck and Calvin did the installation of a new heater in my attic and outdoor A/C unit. Both of them worked hard and completed the install faster than I expected, which allowed me to get back to my day. They were diligent about wearing their boot coverings to prevent debris from tracking through my house. They were respectful to my wife and were happy to answer any and all questions throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. Also, prior to install, the folks at Kearney & Sons were able to help me get a good deal on 2 new units and help me get the financing I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Kearney & Sons if you want a business who actually cares about their customers and the service they provide. Because their reputation is on the line with every customer interaction, they put forth that extra effort to show they care and that you're not just another number in their bottom line. Based on my experience with them, I'm definitely going with Kearney & Sons for all routine HVAC maintenance for the life of my new system.

I had an excellent experience with Lewis Edwards (Service Tech) during my recent HVAC system maintenance. Lewis was thorough, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain his work, communicated findings in detail, and provided thoughtful recommendations to help maintain system performance and prevent future issues. He also proactively scheduled my next maintenance appointment, which I appreciated.

Kearney truly exceeded my expectations. They came out to fix my HVAC system in the middle of the Super Bowl and were the only company willing to come that night, which says everything about their commitment to customers.

The service technician, Louis, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I never felt rushed and felt confident in the work being done.

Because of this experience, I will only use Kearney for my HVAC needs moving forward. Outstanding service when it mattered most!

Company seems alright, scheduling is a disaster. Appointment window was 10-12, we called at 11:45 because we’d heard nothing. Were told the tech would be an hour. We called back at 4pm, they said that we needed to reschedule. Rescheduled for the following weekend. Tech called us that night at 6:30pm and asked if he could still come out because he felt bad because he’d been double booked all day and was now triple booked for our rescheduled appointment and knew he wouldn’t make it. Great on the tech, he was professional and did good work but really poor showing on the business end. Despite the great tech wouldn’t recommend due to the admin and business side.

Hans was very professional and was able to immediately diagnose the issue with my AC and heating unit. During this heat wave, my AC was not blowing efficiently but thanks to him my house is a lot cooler and more comfortable. Thank you for coming out and unfortunately working in the rain. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Also, the cost was very reasonable.

Definitely want to thank Hans and Brandon for servicing my HVAC system. My AC unit would not stay on and they collaborated to fix the issue. I truly appreciate the time and efforts. And Thanks to Cody and Steve. I had all HVAC techs in my house to fix my issue. It took some time but they got it done. I know it’s been a hot summer but they came through and accomplished the job!

Our AC went out, and it was unbearable in the house. I called Bennett Air Condition, and they were able to send a technician to the house today! Cody came by and diagnosed what was wrong with our AC unit. He was upfront about the cost and talked me through everything. I can not shout Hans praise enough. We have been without working air for several days. My family has suffered during this heatwave. I thank Hans for restoring our air even though it was pouring rain. I definitely would recommend Bennett Air Conditioning.

The Bennett team did an outstanding job with customer service and the installation. I had previously gotten two other quotes and Bennett beat both by a significant amount for my heater replacement. I highly recommend Bennett for all HVAC needs.

I have been with Bennett Air for my two business locations for over 3 years after being shocked and disappointed by other HVAC companies. As a small business I need an HVAC company that comes through for me. Earlier this year my unit was leaking water from above. The center had a new roof installed but even more water was coming in. Bennett came out quickly and identified the issue. As it turned out the center paid for repairs with the roof insurance as the issue was not known until Bennett identified it. I've relied on them time after time and they deliver. I suggest getting the maintenance plan to save money. Im not kidding. It is great option.
