The first time they came out for my heater the technicians were high. The smell of weed filled my garage. They didn't fix it, still charged me though. My husband had them come out again. Still didn't know how to fix it. They have come out several times within 2 weeks, they still haven't fixed it. Now it's super cold in the house with 2 toddlers cold all night. They have taken days to answer calls. My husband has left several messages over the weekend, yet they say they're 24/7. 10/10 do not recommend. I will probably have to find a new company as it's getting cold now and my kids won't go to bed. This has been going back and forth now for a few weeks.

Absolutely thrilled with Benchmark Heating and Cooling. Needed a new unit and they ordered immediately on Friday. Originally set to come on Monday. Was called later Friday evening that the unit came in and was offered a Saturday morning install. They were on time and very pleasant. Cleaned everything up and my house is cooling down!! Thank you all so much!

had them replace the evaporator coil in my heat pump system some time ago. they were knowledgeable and skilled as well as pleasant conversationalists. the price was competitive, not too high but fair. they were also one of the most responsive of all the heating and cooling companies i had reached out to.

Benchmark was fantastic. Same day appointment. Found the problem immediately, ordered and installed the part same day. Simple, reasonable, and friendly. No corporate jargon. Highly recommend.

Benchmark Heating & Cooling was so helpful! Dondra' came to repair our A/C and his positive attitude and kind words were so appreciated. He was so personable and understanding. His hard work and efficiency also meant a lot to me because my mother visiting us (who is also a senior citizen) needed to be in a cool environment. Thanks to Benchmark Heating & Cooling, we got just that.

Great Service! The technician, Lewis, was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me what he was doing and explain why that process was necessary. He lost a few points because he is an LA Rams 🐏 fan, but he earned them all back with his customer service! I’d request Lewis as my technician for every service. Go Birds 🦅

Received calls with arrival time, a call from Lewis when he was 20 minutes away, most appreciated.
Each step of work was explained to me clearly; when I had a payment question he called the office person for the answer.

I was very pleased with all the help I got with my ac service support after finding a problem with it. Jaydon went out of his way to ensure all would go well and stayed late in the evening when there was a problem to look at it and even had window units sent t my home. Anthoney Rice and Spencer Urban fixed the problem after the part was ordered . They were able to assist in putting back my window screens in . Despite it all I recommend Kearney and Sons for their excellent service even when a problem may occer!!Highly recommend! Cameron did a wonderful job along with his son installing my air conditioning unit . They answered all my questions from start to finish !

Patrick and Cameron Jones performed a system replacement. They were courteous, professional, and expedient. They answered my questions when posed, they were sure to clean up as they progressed, and answered my questions with friendly and thoughtful responses.

My service technician (L. Edwards) was very professional. Mr. Edwards made a video to explain what he was sharing about my unit. He also explained the thickness of my filter that I did not know made a difference.

We have used Kearney for about 29years. We normally always had Walt come out. Jacob came out today. Extremely friendly. NOTE *no one has ever asked where to park their service truck. I really appreciate the fact that he did. He presented us with pictures and asked questions that helped us process the information to ultimately make a decision fixing and sealing our ductwork upstairs. Ms. Jackie has been such a delight working with us scheduling all of our service and maintenance pms. Extremely friendly with my husband and I all these years.
