I own a convenient store, made the big mistake of calling them to repair a sandwich unit that stop working,After charging me $375 the unit ran for about an hour, we called them a number of times they first promised to come by and fix it, but never showed up, Now I believe they blocked my numbers and never answer my calls

Contacted Benchmark Heating & Air conditioning for HVAC maintenance. Technician, Eric and another gentleman arrived at my residence promptly; assessed my thermostat, internal duct vents, outside HVAC unit; checked for freon and system leaks, etc.

The entire process took approximately one hour. Was thoroughly impressed with the technician's HVAC expertise regarding my current unit; the wealth of knowledge about thermostat settings and controls, as well as the quality of the parts to purchase for my HVAC unit was very informative.
