I woke up Tuesday morning with no hot water. I called the answering service and Dave called me back. Although he told me how to turn off the water I couldn't reach the cold water valve so he sent Rich to do that as he on his way to work and was closest. Mary then called and let me know Shawn would be coming to install a new tank. Dave called back to give me options for deciding which tank to use as well as the cost. Once the new tank was installed Shawn walked me through how to manage the water temperature and other important information. Thank you all for great work!

Mary in the office was very helpful setting up the appointment and keeping us updated. Josh did the work and was phenomenal. Worked very hard to get everything upgraded and working. Very polite and explained the process well.

Came on time. Guys were pleasant and polite. Considering the size of the clog they were dealing with and the size of the machine they had to use, there was minimal mess. Atlantic was recommended to me and I would recommend them to someone else.

My experience with Atlantic was top tier. I received a same day appt and specialist Mark was knowledgeable and took his time diagnosing issue with furnace. He had heat back running after 3weeks in cold and gave professional suggestions on parts to extend life of unit. Atlantic was a referral by friend who also had a pleasant experience. I will call Atlantic for any future plumbing, heating and cooling repairs. Thank You Atlantic

Furnace went out. I thought I fixed it. I missed a step or two. They were able to come out quickly. Not only was the small problem I caused fixed, but the tech also performed a comprehensive inspection to look for other potential problems. He also offered advice for future situations. Very professional and personable service, Atlantic is my goto for HVAC!

Both Josh and Michael were extremely professional and friendly. They completed the job and cleaned up making the project spotless. Very impressed with the quality of their workmanship.

Had an issue with my ac that required the replacement of the capacitor... I called their service line at 930pm and the gentleman came out within 30 minutes of calling me back. About 45mins total. The job itself took about 30 mins and was $290.total.

Techs were friendly & explained what they were doing & answered all my questions. Most pleased with the Train HVAC equipment & service personnel. I trust them which is very important to us.

Will charge you an arm and a leg to only fix a part of the problem and then proceed to misdiagnose the issue. Not to mention being called liars for saying that the heater still didn't work. Worst customer service I had to deal with in all my years and they didn't even care to clean up after themselves.

Good people. Just a freaking RIP off!! $80 for a diagnostic & over $150 for a part I could have bought and replaced myself 😡😡😡😡😡 so over $200 for a quick 5 minute fix. Took the guy longer to write up the paper work vs fixing the problem. Unreal

Lighthouse has been our go to company for HVAC and water heater issues for various properties for years now. Matt has been great to us with fair pricing and great customer service. He even calls afterward to make sure you are completely happy. Nick, Jake, and Brian worked at our house from 9-4 in 90 degree temperatures fixing the ac and converting a gas water heater to an electric one. Kenson helped too, but had to leave for another service call but came back and stayed until the job was finished. These guys worked so hard all day, changed shirts when they couldn't stand the wet ones any longer and were very appreciative for the powerade and lunch. If you need HVAC or water heater sales or service you need not look any further than Lighthouse Mechanical Heating and Cooling.

Had my Noritz tankless water heater scaled and flushed today. It is the first time since moving into our new home. I called Lighthouse because they are certified with Noritz. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Charles and Phillip showed up on time and performed quality work. For the time they spent (including traveling to WB) the charge was reasonable. Charles also answered my questions about our unit.
I will call them the next time I need our tankless water heater serviced.
