We contacted them for a possible leaking pipe. The plumber came out in a timely manner, however, after cutting 4 holes in the wall was unable to locate the leak. He said the washer was leaking which ended up not being the case. We called for him to return and was told they didn't have anything for 2 day which I didn't understand because they advertise 24/7 service and obviously obviously missed something the first time. We ended up calling a different plumbing company who came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem. The pipe that was leaking was going into the floor so there was no need to have cut the wall and exposed the pipes which will be an additional expense to fix. Poor customer service.

Jordan reached out to me and quickly resolved the situation by offering a refund of the diagnostic charge which was satisfactory to me. I appreciate his follow up and willingness to resolve the issue.

He goes over everything he noticed if my AC filter needs to be replaced and will tell me. Atlantic cares about their customers and I’m treated like family. Trust is crucial to me. Shawn showed up on time and was quick to determine what the problem was with my furnace. He was honest and clearly explained the issue, as well as how to proceed with fixing it.

Mary was very nice and polite she had a team of Josh and Mike to my house within 30 minutes. Josh and Mike were very courteous and offered excellent advise.

Techs arrived as scheduled. Professionally assessed thw issue and stated required checks and options. Gave prompt reasonable quote and went to work. Toilet flange repair was in question. Worked to ensure it was seated properly and checked all other possible external sources to rule them out. Very thorough. Completes the option I chose. Wrote quotes for follow up options. Courteous. Knowledgeable and professional

very friendly, and fast, I just called today, and Mary able to get me scheduled, Joe did the annual maint on the heater in no time at all, but I still waiting for my report, and my billing for my record.

So the pros at Atlantic plumbing, heating and air conditioning replaced a toilet and redid the washing machine hookups for me. I am completely amazed at how clean and professional their work was. They took a sketchy and dated setup and completely revamped everything to comply with modern day regulations. This house was built in the '60s and they absolutely nailed it with their professionalism and ruthless efficiency in completing both tasks. They were on site for less than 4 hours. During the 4 hours, they replaced a toilet and redid all the lines for the washing machine hook up. All I can think of is ruthless efficiency. I am beyond impressed and I wholeheartedly recommend Atlantic to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing resources. I've attached before and after pictures highlighting the dismal state of my washing machine hookup and the toilet compared to what they installed. I am absolutely amazed at the professional installation and phenomenal execution.

Trevor and JR were amazing when they came to install my gas range, they were fast, and efficient. I will definitely be requesting them again. They have won my business. Such an amazing team though, they were just awesome guys!

We just had to replace our system and we had a great experience with Atlantic. My family has used them many times over the years so they were our #1 choice. Joe & Russ were fantastic. They identified things we did not know about and changed the plan as needed because they were thorough and really care about the quality of their work. Their attention to detail and workmanship are unmatched! Dave the service manager even came out to check on the job. Jordan and Mary in the office were fantastic to work with as well. Wonderful work a little slow on a emergency water leak. But they know what they are doing. Just need to speed up for repair time or at least place a temp bypass around leak till you can permanently fix it. Letting water leak all week should never had been a option. Waiting for city marking I understand but when called to say the city came out that day to mark all utilities lines and told you had to wait till it's placed on line. The city utilities said they also give info for emergency over the phone. Other than that nice job done and perfect repair. Thank you all.

We are a long-time customer of Atlantic Plumbing and Heating. We unexpectedly had to have both our heater and AC replaced yesterday. Mary in the office has been wonderful, kind, and very helpful. Joe was our project manager and he and his team were professional, thorough, answered all of my questions, were very sweet to my dog who supervised the installation, and they cleaned up so nicely that I would have never known they were here. I highly recommend Atlantic and I want to say thank you to the entire team for their courtesy, professionalism, and outstanding customer service!

Very prompt service from the front desk as well as the actual plumber. Job was completed in less than an hour (leaky p-trap) and total cost was very reasonable. Will definitely consider Atlantic for any future jobs.

Trevor took the time to communicate and teach as he was going about the cause of the back up, and how to be proactive moving forward.

My heat went out and I called them and they came out and fixed it within I think about an hour. They have been our go to business for heating and air condition problems for many years. Their repairmen are very, very nice and explain what the problem is and very reasonable prices too. I’d give them more stars if I could.

I have kept Atlantic plumbing heating and cooling as my service company since 2002, they installed my new Heat and AC unit and has serviced it for excellent running of the unit since 2002. I want to give a special recognition to Rich or Richard who solved a heating issue just yesterday within a short period of time even in the cold but he strives forward ensuring my heat would be back on today and he did, people of such dedication and service of their technical skill is hard to find and a great personality, the company should know he is a valuable asset to the company and know his experience is appreciated.

I called Atlantic Plumbing, Heating and Air after checking local reviews, and I am glad I did. First, when I called to ask if I could get service sooner since I was without AC, Mary quickly found an open spot the same afternoon. Even better, she called me back when she found a morning opening so that I could get help even more quickly. Shawn showed up soon afterwards, and was very detailed with taking my equipment information since I am a new customer. He explained several factors to me, and in less than an hour my air conditioning what back up and running. I was really pleased to also learn that the service personnel are not paid by commission so I won't have to worry that I am being sold services or equipment that I don't need.
