Tim was/is amazing. He took a lot of time and explained everything thoroughly and took the extra time when I did not understand something. He went above and beyond. We started an annual contract and look forward to many more years of service. Highly recommend.

They were very responsive to a AC problem that popped up late Saturday. We were moved up to first thing Sunday morning. Shawn was awesome/friendly and clearly an expert, finding the issue almost immediately. Unfortunately, they did not have the part and had to wait until Monday morning to find/order it. Not only were they successful in doing so, Jordan (owner) also had Shawn back at my house around 11am on Monday and he had everything installed, inspected and buttoned up by 12:30pm. Phenomenal job done & could not recommend them more highly.

I've used this company exclusively for over 5 years for electrical, air conditioning and plumbing issues. They never disappoint. I must shout out their service manager, Dave Kirkland. He's so well versed in issues related to the products and services the company provides. He also takes the extra step to call, come to your home and fix the issue himself, if needed. They have my business and I hope yours as well!

Technician Josh P. was very professional and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the service. He saved us from having to spend extra money thinking something was wrong with our gas line. He was more knowledgeable than the VA Natural gas tech who had come out 2 weeks before and told us something was wrong with the pilot light and we needed a contractor. After Josh did his diagnostic the only thing needed was the switch to be turned on. Thank you Josh for your knowledge and expertise. You should be considered as a valuable employee!

Just had our summer AC check done by Trevor with Atlantic Plumbing, Heating, & AC. Professional, polite, and thorough. Trevor and his assistant took about 2 hours to inspect, tune up, and clean both of our HVAC units inside and out. He then explained the results of the inspections and what we can do to help the systems run at peak efficiency and prolong their useful life. Thanks!

Shaun is amazing, he is polite, professional and is happy to give you advice that is beneficial to the customer even if not financially beneficial to the company. Our AC broke down and at 27 years old we expected to have to replace it, but with a $370 fix Shaun saved us thousands, his knowledge base is amazing, the fix was done in under 30 minutes.

Service was at my home. I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment. Tammy, was courteous and helpful. Josh and Z???, who seemed to be a trainee, were polite and efficient. I was grateful that that they covered their shoes with booties as it had been raining for hours. It took about one minute to determine that the plug for the garbage disposal located in the back of the cabinet wasn't fully seated in the electrical socket so it was a quick fix. I think $150 is over the top for their time and labor, however.

Mary was very nice and made me my appointment with Rich and told me between what time he would arrive. Rich was even earlier than expected. He troubleshooted my air conditioner issue, great attitude even under the raining conditions, he checked everything and gave me the diagnostic results. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me anything, he told me what was wrong and told me what it would cost for them to fix it. Thank you again and keep up the honest work.

I’m very pleased with my service. Trevor Denny is an awesome technician who is very polite and friendly and very respectful. This is the second time he has serviced my home. My experiences with this company has always been great. I have already referred them to my daughter and my mother and so far they have been pleased.

I called at 8:15 am and Shawn arrived at my house by 10 o’clock. He was professional and personable. He readily diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part.

Mary was awesome in helping me get scheduled for an emergency call out for my AC. She checked back in as there was a cancellation and got me an earlier date/time. Great communication and always very personable and understanding.

Joe did a great and thorough job! Took care of the issue(s) and got the AC unit back up and running.

We have been with APHC for 20 years since we moved into our house and they have replaced installed all of my units from AC/Heat, air handler and all new plumbing. They are reasonable and trustworthy. I also highly recommend the maintenance plans.

After miscommunication about what exactly a free estimate we received an apology. It was appreciated. So our A/C unit was pretty old and we could have did a quick fix for about 800 bucks but we decide to just replace everything. They worked fast and professionally. We were contacted by the owner multiple times to make sure everything was fine or if we needed any questions answered. Very great service and we appreciate their hard work. They also do Military discounts so that was nice too. I have the names written down at home, I'll update my review with names later.

This company is very prompt and thorough in taking care of your heating an air conditioning needs. Technicians are very skilled.

Shawn and his crew were on time. They started immediately in replacing my old AC system. They were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They stayed after the work was completed, making sure the system was running correctly, went over the new control panel, and gave me tips in operating the system. The day was extremely hot and most of the work was in the attic. They did a great job. I am glad nobody got heat exhaustion.
