I had Aidan as a service tech, He was great. He came in on time. He was here 10 to 20 minutes. Fix the problem. Also, the price was good. I would recommend. Comfort technology, if you have a problem with your air conditioning or heating

Wonderful customer service! They were able to give same-day service on one of the hottest days of the year. Jacob was right on time. I had a bad compressor in my unit. He had the part on him and was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes. He was so kind, answered all my questions, and gave me future advice for my system. He offered me the yearly service agreement and the price was so reasonable for the service so I definitely signed up! I am so delighted with the service and treatment of this company! Would highly recommend! Thank you!!

Scott was absolutely professional and informative. he explained how the system works and what corrective action was needed to remedy to issue. Once again the installer ( not Scott or Comfort Technology) wired the system incorrectly - but Scott fixed it!

Service technician, Jeff Croley, was able to diagnose the issue with our gas fireplace and make it functional immediately. His professional and courteous demeanor was welcoming. I would recommend this company for any services that are offered.

Scott arrived on time and as usual did a great job checking my system to make sure everything was working properly. He took the time to explain how heat pumps work and why I was getting so many alerts re auxiliary heat. He's informative and engaging and puts up with my many questions!

Jeff Croley came out today to do our maintenance for our gas pack system and our mini split. He cleaned and tested both units and we are very happy with this visit. Despite the very cold weather, Jeff was very professional and polite. He explained all that he did and asked if I had any questions which I did not. A 5 star visit today.

Danny and Jayden did a great job checking the HVAC systems and they were very patient will me explaining the dampers that existed and replaced all of the air filters I had with my replacement filters. They also provided some recommendations with UV lights and ionizer without any pressure. Great team and service!

My mom is in her 70s and her heat went out. She called another company but they couldn’t come out til Tuesday and it’s Friday. So I called comfort Technology and they sent someone right away on Friday. She said the guy was really nice and fixed her heat. Thank you so much

Called them in to fix a problem with a Comfort Technology original install done 6 years ago. Some rats had chewed 4 dollars worth of rubber hoses and Comfort charged me $800 for the repair. They couldn't get the system to work properly and abandoned the job. I called DRAN for help and they conducted a very complete evaluation of the prior work noting numerous code violations and installation mistakes - one of worst installations they had ever seen. It would cost 8K to bring the 6 year old system up to acceptable standards. By all means buy from Comfort but then quickly sell your home.

We were very satisfied with our tech. He was VERY kind and knowledgeable. He was very informative about our tankless hot water heater. Just such a nice guy. He would certainly call for him again. Thank you all for sending someone who knew what he was doing.

I can’t recommend Comfort Technology enough. Lee, the owner, came out on a days notice and gave me a system replacement estimate competitive with two other highly rated companies. He then came back out the following day to look at changing the placement of the new system at my request. Communication with Lee and his office staff was excellent while I dug in with a home warranty company.
Corey and Drake showed up on time, walked the job with me, and then got to work. They gave updates as work progressed and by 4pm I had heat back on and all my question’s answered. Great workmanship and good clean runs, I’m very happy with the final product and it feels good knowing I have these folks to lean on in the future.

Comfort Technology provided a great service and product with exceptional quality from the beginning. They prioritized my needs and scheduled my installation promptly. Customer service was excellent. The proposal was easy to view and accept. The payment process was straightforward and simple. Could be happier with my new system while being able to support a local family business.

My HVAC system failed 2 days before Christmas. Comfort Technology had 2 techs come later that day. Gas furnace parts were installed by another tech the following day. A new Trane heat pump was ordered, and they were able to get me emergency heat with the gas part of dual system until heat pump replacement arrived. The new heat pump has now been installed. I was very impressed with all 3 Technicians (Danny, Scott and Jadin). They were all very courteous and clearly explained what was needed and what was being done. I was so pleased they worked to get us heat through the holidays. Everything seems to be working fine now.
