Carson has been to our house several times, and it’s nice to have a consistent technician. Today he was here to look at one of our AC units. We had an idea of what was wrong, and he quickly confirmed the issue and took care of it. He’s always very helpful and friendly!

In the midst of closing on a home this company came out to repair the HVAC at the property that I now own. Several things ended up being repaired, contactor replaced, drain cleared, coolant added, coils cleans, several things. Some even done after closing because I refused to pay for more repairs and real estate agency paid for me to agree to close. Repairs done after closing. AC still not keeping up, hired my own HVAC company. They stated there was a leak which I had repaired and coolant added. No one from this company mentioned a leak both times being out but added coolant and denied a leak when asked. No one from this company stated there was anything wrong with ductwork either, complete ductwork repair I had to pay out of pocket for $5,000. Also HVAC is a 2 ton unit, needs 2.5 ton for square footage of 1,450. In the past 6 weeks I have paid more than the cost of a complete unit between repairs and ductwork replacement. So whoever all these great reviews got to come out, I definitely didn’t get them.

I have used this company for years, on both my home and rental property. Prices are fair, service is always prompt and personable.

Lee Chapman did an honest quote on my 10 year old HVAC system and water heater. I contacted 3 different companies here in Hampton and all of them quoted me so much. His crew did a great job answering all my questions and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

AC died on us during the hottest time of year. Comfort Tech (Danny) came out and repaired our unit the same day I called. Danny was super knowledgeable and taught us something about our unit that we didn’t know. What we thought was gonna cost thousands (in the long term) to fix, was only a fraction! We are truly thankful for Comfort Technology!!

Technician was polite and very professional. He responded and fixed the issue within an hour. They are a great company and I trust they completely.

Split system installed in sunroom and in a 30 x 50 garage-man cave. It’s so quiet and installation was done to my satisfaction.
Since the mini split I’ve had a new whole house unit replaced and duct work repaired due to a flood upstairs. The work was done great and took care of everything. Great crews do the best work.
I trust Lee’s judgment and his dedication to the work ethic that he and all of his staff do.

The team that came out to do my deck work was great and they’re very respectful and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. Definitely would be using them again in the future.

The technician came out and discovered the problem and said he was going to check to see if they had the parts. After that I didn’t hear anything from him so I called the office to see when I should expect the parts to come in. The office never was notified of ordering any parts so I had to call someone else

The company quickly responded to my request for ductwork installation estimate at a commercial retail space. Total estimate cost was very reasonable. The installation team, led by Corey, was professional and the quality of work performed was excellent. Work was completed in 4 days.

We have been with Comfort Technology for 10 years and their service has been great.
I like the way the young man (Aidan) show that he was here to do his job and do it well. Trouble shooting all ares to find the problem. At the end of the day Aidan made sure the unit was working before he went to his next job. I am glad to say that Aiden Earn a 10 today.

Honestly one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Amazing customer service which includes the communication that goes with it. The price is more than fair and they have a great financing program through synchrony. The techs were professional and also communicated. So much better than ET Lawson,Buds, etc.

I just had my unit serviced by Danny Cooter. He was so professional and kind. Not only did he exude professionalism, but he was knowledgeable about everything that was going on with my system. He was troubleshooting every issue to find out which was the best way to resolve the problem. He was so thorough in his examination to identify a solution. For that I am grateful. The technician Aiden came on time and did his best on replacement duct in the attic. He showed me the pictures of it after finishing. He has good polite manners .

Switched from oil to gas for heat and hot water! The whole team was great to work with, and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. I think it helps that they focus less on flashy marketing and more on word of mouth and quality service. ;)

I had a need for a 100% HVAC replacement of two zones in my house and I am so glad I found Comfort Technology! They are the real deal. Absolutely first class treatment from top to bottom! Told me what to expect and actually finished earlier than expected. Would recommend them without reservations. Lee and Becky run an efficient operation and Cory and his team executed the work while minimizing a hugely invasive project all over the house. I will continue to trust them with all my future preventive maintenance needs. The best.

Came in and replaced AC unit in heat wave in June. It was unbearable heat that week. Came back Sept and completed heat gas conversion kit . Was on time, professional, courteous. Was recommended by my next door neighbor. I have since recommended to my son who purchased a maintenance agreement. Highly recommend this company.
