I have been using Platinum 500 for years! They installed my whole house dual zone system for thousands less than anyone else! To top it off the Platinum protection covers everything from service to repairs! Had a capacitor replaced 3 years after install and didn’t cost me a dime! Best company I have ever worked with when it comes to HVAC!!! I will never use anyone else and will only recommend them!!!

Posting for my parents, they tried to make an appointment to get their furnace checked and have been customers of Platinum since 1993, however, they were refused my parents business because my parents recently installed their own thermostat. It had gone out & when they had someone come out to check & get an estimate for new part & install, they were quoted almost $300. Financially, they could not afford that. So they ordered their own part & easily installed it themselves for $75.
This is horrible customer service to a long standing customer just because they decide to install it themselves.

Excellent Highly recommend. Outstanding company to do business with. Owner is extremely knowledgeable & went over everything in detail that was going to be done. Employees are very respectful, showed up on time, & worked diligently. Zach went above & beyond to keep me informed as the work was being done. Job & workmanship exceeded my expectations from the duct cleaning to the installation of the AC & Heating System. I will continue to do business with this company.

Our A/C went out on a late Friday August afternoon. My wife made an SOS call to Platinum (excellent customer service by the person who took our call) and the next day Peyton showed up - he had us up and running in no time. Unfortunately, it was time to replace our 12 year old unit. Peyton set us up with a Tuesday install - which I could not believe after hearing horror stories from friends and co-workers about their long waits to get new A/C. The crew, Zach and Cary, arrived promptly at 9:00 am and finished up by 2:00 pm - just like Peyton promised! They were fantastic. Professional, personable, and very concerned about our comfort. I can't say enough good things about Platinum. We have been loyal customers for over 25 years - and we'll continue to be. With that kind of outstanding response and work, why would anyone choose any other contractor? Definitely a 5-star company in every way.

Every time I have done business with this company they have been professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my ac unit and Zach came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and replaced the part that was needed. I had cold air running through my house again less than an hour after he arrived.
Platinum is the only company that I will call with my heating and cooling needs.

5/27/21: It was time for the annual maintenance inspection on my ac unit so of course I called Platinum. The service was amazing as always from initial contact with the receptionist to when it was completed. Zach came out and worked efficiently while keeping me informed every step of the way. They always exceed expectations and are still the only company that I will call with my heating and cooling needs.

Platinum has been servicing the boiler for our radiant heat system for a number of years. Our experiences with this small company have been overwhelmingly positive. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Had Emergency plumbing fix during the winter storm. Did a great job on a hard fix and kindly stayed after hours to make sure everything was fixed. Highly recommend.

Brandon was professional and timely. Fast painless service when an issue creates a big impact on the quality of life in the house is always a win.

Patrick was fantastic. Michael and Son has been very responsive when contacted and will all necessary follow up. I’ll definitely use them in the future.

I recently gave a review if a tech that came to my home. He was here for almost 6 hours for a checkup. First time ever anyone has even gone over 2 hours. He took alot of pictures and stated my system was wired wrong. So why after 13 years is he the one finding this ?? Now for the worse part. I had to leave town the next day and wasn't a need to leave systems on this time of year. Come home the temps are cooler so I go to turn the down stairs system on and it takes 5 minutes to start. Stays on for 4 min and stops. No heat !!! Repeats that cycle and never heats !! Go upstairs same thing minutes to come on but I have heat. The systems never took time to come on and work fine before this service call and so called rewire. Seems like everytime someone comes out there's a issue after. I have called 2 times to talk with a Manager. Was told they would call me. Nothing !! No call. How can you recommend anything if your not getting a good service ? The previous tech who was training someone left one system without power after the checkup. Also charged almost 500.00 to spray and wipe off parts in the system and didnt even complete that from the.pictures i seen from the latest tech. Funny thing rep on the phone said there would be a charge. So will I get a call from a manager or even someone in corporate office after this issue ?? This company did the whole house brand new install of both systems,ventilation, the works. I even had the electric done as well as this was a full build of the house. I would think things would be right or at least serviced right.

Jacksson was very gracious and knowledgeable about his job and provided us professional advice for us to review and evaluate. He provided us an electrical inspection.

Bryce showed up early for my sked appt. I explained the situation of the wedding band in the toilet drain line. Bryce checked all possible location with his boroscope in an attempt to locate the ring with no luck. He then reinstalled the toilet bowl unit and verified proper operation with no leakage.

This is the second time we have Michael and Son out to work on our home. First was for plumbing and this time was for HVAC. Both times we received excellent service. Very pleased!

Tabitha was great today! She replaced our old kitchen water valves with nice new ones lightning fast. We really appreciate her work!

Scott is that plumber who first is punctual which in this current world is highly sought after! His manners while in my home were wonderful and respectful, then as we discussed my up and coming project, he walked me through each step of the process to include have to have the work inspected for plumbing code, again which I applaud and appreciate Scott's knowledge base here because he is keeping me from breaking more items then need be.

Based on our first interaction, he installed 3 brand new toilets for me and replaced a broken flange.

Scott is one of three main reasons why I continue with this company. I also understand different people have different interactions, however, Scott, is that reason why I keep coming back.

Jacob Niebuonrit was courteous and quite knowledgeable throughout our recent winter inspection. We had done questions regarding our home warranty program and he immediately contacted the office and quickly resolved the problem. Kudos to Jacob and the entire M&S family!

Joana was great. Knows her job and does it extremely well. Very professional and pleasant to be around. Highly recommend her for any electrical work.

J. Spivey was such a pleasant technician to have in my home. I appreciate his politeness and how he patiently guided me through to steps of operating my unit system. We always receive excellent service from the technicians. Bryce has been our steady plumbing technician and he checks all sinks, toilets, the shower and the tub; any place water travels is checked for leaks. Bryce lets us know when a repair is needed along with how much it costs. I am so pleased with our maintenance plan; it keeps the household systems running smoothly.

Daniel from Micheal and Sons was awesome, he came out Monday, accessed the area where he believed the water leak was from. Said he would be back today to replace the line. The water department came out yesterday and checked the meter and sampled the water to make sure it wasn’t ground water. It wasn’t but said it was a leak on my side. Daniel came back out to fix the problem. Turns out the leak is indeed the city problem. Daniel was great explaining it to me.
