Technician was polite and courteous. I understand that a technician must diagnose the issue during the initial visit. However, I would have appreciated more details on the expected time length of the follow -up repair.

Horrible company. Do not recommend. My HVAC company hired them to fix my HVAC and they came out over 10 times couldn’t fix the issue. During the time I requested a 2nd company to come out and they couldn’t fix the issue either. The 2nd company swapped my thermostat out and left it at the property. Amazing comfort removed the thermostat from my property and has not been willing to assist in the matter. Instead of responding to the documentation request from my home warranty company they contacted the other company who swapped the thermostat and was told by them that the thermostat was left at my property. It has been over 7 business day and they still haven’t responded to the request.

I hired a HVAC company that does not work with home warranty’s and they were able to diagnosis the issue (wiring) and my system has been working for 2 weeks now.

This company is very unprofessional and has incompetent employees. Stay away. No need to respond because I’m not going to read it. Respond to the documentation request from American home shield instead.

Tactician was friendly and arrived as scheduled. He took the time to do a very thorough inspection. He got my system and running, and thanked me for using their business. I would highly recommend Amazing Comfort to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Amazing Comfort went above and beyond to accommodate a tight deadline! The technicians are extremely skilled in their craft, integrity of workmanship that is hard to find these days and found a problem that a previous company missed! They are incredibly reasonably priced and their service oriented and client focused foundation supersedes every other company I have ever dealt with!! I highly recommend that you look nowhere else for any and all of your HVAC needs!!!

The technician Fred was easy to work with. He provided a call ahead on the way and arrived at the early end of the service window. He also explained things clearly in an easy to understand manner. We would definitely work with Fred and Amazing Comfort again.

Amazing Comfort was the second company that my home warranty sent to my home for second opinion. The first company was stating that it was a bigger issue than it actually was. Amazing Comfort Technician knew right away the issue was and had the piece in the truck. My heater was fixed within 20 m8nm minutes. I will def recommend Amazing Comfort. Amazing Comfort installed a brand-new unit in my barbershop. The work was clean, reasonable price and excellent customer service. Definitely my go to for anything HVAC related for my business.

Service was terrible the technician from Amazing Comfort named Carlton was at my property maybe 5 minutes if that. To say the thermostat wouldn't work properly based off seeing a couple of bugs just off speculation and not running a proper test. All the technician did was switch the batteries around it came on for a few seconds. I bought the HVAC unit brand new in 2015 thermostats don't last forever and so doesn't the HVAC unit as well. The battery operated thermostats have to be replaced at least every 5 or 10 years depending on the brand. AHS Warranty in its contract states if is physical damage to any item it will not be covered. There is no physical damage at all its not broken, cracked or wasn't being properly mistreated. So I sent the guy over who installed the unit 10 years ago from Hare's Heating & Cooling he replaced the thermostat saying it was old and it was just time for a new one $347 later. AHS Warranty didn't want to cover because Amazing Comfort didn't conduct a proper test. I figured you would reply back once I posted my review and send over my HVAC certified technician to simply diagnose the problem. Who's been in business over 30 years stated it was due to the age of the thermostat not the few bugs your calling an infestation. 😆 You don't have to worry I won't be doing any business with your company ever again if suggested by AHS Warranty!!!

Amazing Comfort Heating and Cooling were PHENOMENAL!!! From our initial call the customer service was personable, caring and very attentive. Our service technician was outstanding!!! The guy was courteous, professional and very detailed. I’m am very grateful to have had them to assist us.

Fred provided awesome customer service and details during the service visit. He truthfully advised me on the concerns for my units. Louie was also helpful, with his administrative knowledge.

After a rough start yesterday, today was much better. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He gave me a thorough explanation of what he found. I was very impressed with him and his service.

Carlton was our tech that came out, Using our home warranty company. This can sometimes be tricky but I read reviews and their reviews lead me to request them for service. Truly professionals at their best! It’s rare these days to find a company you can trust for quality work and great communication, but Amazing Comfort delivered on all fronts. I highly recommend them!

Mr. Fred was awesome. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and got our heater running again. Great to know Amazing Comfort has highly experienced techs like Mr. Fred. Your last tech had to come three times to fix the last issue we had.

Amazing Comfort is truly an amazing company and my experience was wonderful! The customer service was excellent starting with the lady who called to make my appointment. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. Fred came to my home to give a second opinion on my HVAC system after the first company the home warranty sent lied saying the needed repairs to my HVAC were not normal wear and tear, and that it had been "beaten with an object," which caused the claim to be denied. Although my system was very old, Fred was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong. He had great customer service and made sure I understood what was wrong. After Fred’s visit, the home warranty approved my claim to have my unit fixed but I decided to go ahead and upgrade the system since it was so old. James helped me decide on a new HVAC unit and he was patient and pleasant to work with. Carlton and Lonnie did the install and they did awesome work. They were extremely efficient and had great customer service. And they cleaned everything up nicely after they left, that’s always a plus! I thank God for the team at Amazing Comfort and would definitely recommend their services to others.
