our techs name was ken, he was helpful and strait to the point, worked quickly as well. on 1/31/19 he replaced a fan motor in our unit. thank you so much for the fantastic work!! id recommend giving them a call, and i will call again for future issues.

Came home on a Friday evening from work and our house was freezing. Tried turning our thermostat off and on to be safe and my husband tried a few different things and we couldn't get it working. I was worried we may have to wait until Monday to get it working but we called Star Heating and Air and Kenneth came out Friday night probably within 45 minutes and diagnosed the issue. Luckily for us the parts we needed he had in his work van and had our heat working within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them. He was very professional and the lady Nancy that answered the phone was very nice and helpful as well. So glad we didn't have to go through the weekend without heat. Thanks Star Heating and Air!

Hello, I first want to start out with I am not getting paid to leave this review. The contractor, Amazing Comfort was called by my Home Buyers Warranty (AHS) at my request to come in for a second opinion. I received a phone call from James, who I can say is the most pleasant person to work with; his communication, his knowledge of systems and caring attitude about my concerns were top notch. His team, lead by Carlton were on time and provided me with a detailed assessment. Over the course of a week or so, several technicians were dispatched to my home. Shout out to Fred, Carlton and his helper who is a huge VIKINGS Fan in completing the install. The key to any installation is COMMUNICATION and Amazing Comfort nailed. (10 of 10). Knowledge of systems and my requirements (10 of 10). Technicians (10 of 10). Answering all my questions (10 of 10). I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. Rest assure they will be my first phone call when my other unit requires an upgrade. Thanks again for an awesome experience.

very sad , They have not gotten back to us about what is wrong with the heat unit or how they are going to fix it. There are toddlers in the home. A week and still no communication

I was referred to amazing comfort by American home shield for an issue with my ac not cooling my home properly. They informed AHS my service valve was worn out due to normal wear and tear and they wouldn't be able to repair it for at least a week. I have a medically fragile child so I called another hvac tech to see if it could be fixed sooner. When he opened the unit he informed me that the service valve was indeed broken however it was not from wear and tear. My unit is brand new (installed when I purchased the house in 21) and the service with amazing comfort was the first time anyone has touched it. I have called AHS as well as trying to reach out to amazing comfort and I have yet to get anything resolved. They aren't open on the weekends so hopefully I will hear back from them on Monday. As of now I am highly unsatisfied with the customer service or work etiquette. I will update if anything changes

I called this company desperate during the heat wave on a Friday when my AC went out and they had a technician out the next day when other companies were booked until Tuesday the following week. The technician James was on time, very respectful, and also knowledgeable. He was able to diagnosis my problem quickly and got my system up and running. Will definitely use them again!

Absolutely the best! Fast affordable and reliable! I called and they were out the same day! I had to wait on my system to come but they got me in quick! House feels amazing and it’s only been running a few hours!
