Michael and Sons Electrical Technician Joana was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable. Explains all steps before completing them. Tested all work when completed. She (Joana) was an excellent representative of Michael and Sons.

Daniel Hanna was great!! He listened to my problem and knew exactly what to do the whole visit only took minutes I would recommend them for all plumbing needs. I'll be calling them again to fix a minor problem in my master bathroom and install a handicap commode in my half bath.

I live out of town and I have property in Hampton, VA. The unit at my property stopped working and my tenant was without heat. They came out the next day and the whole process was very professional and the technician explained the problem with my unit in great detail. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you to Micah, William, Roul, and his teammate that came out to install my new unit you guys rock!!!!

Micah Littlejohn came by to service my unit. He was very friendly, knowlable and did a great job answering my questions as he was servicing the unit. Cleaned up all debris prior to leaving. Will definitely call Michael and Sons for my future needs.

Tech came out on 6/13 to perform a seasonal check on attic unit. 6/15 we had a bubble from water co)eating in ceiling. It's 7/15 and all they've done is leave a hole in the kitchen ceiling for our tenants. Multiple calls and still not fixed. What is even more funny is we purchased their gold star home care agreement....which the tech said had to be done that day if we wanted it. I regret calling this company. This has been a horrible experience.

Jacksson is diligent and knowledgeable, he completed the job with no issues while being informative and flexible. I highly appreciate his hard work and dedication to getting the job done right. He has a positive attitude and good demeanor. Jacksson is my preferred tradesman when it comes to electrical work for a reason.

Sam the plumber from Michael and sons did an excellent job for us. He was an extremely personable young man who had a thorough knowledge of plumbing. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

She was very accurate with all of the inspection, very pleasant and friendly and explained everything to me. She took her time because I kept telling her I didn’t understand all that she was saying. I would recommend her highly.

Erik was phenomenal…you could tell he was very knowledgeable and experienced from the jump. Also, a lot to times in my experience workers are trying to race out the door but Erik actually offered more solutions and made it clear he just wanted us to have the best possible outcome. I’ve used Michael and Sons for a few years now and I always get great service. Last year Bryce came when I have a broken pipe and provided quick service. When the same pipe froze again this year he came back out and get us back up and washing clothes in no time! He always tells me what’s going on and is always professional about his work. Highly recommend.
