Micah went above and beyond to help my parents when their heat went out on the coldest day of the year. He came early and stayed late to help get them through the night. He diagnosed the issue and scheduled the follow up for the next day, which was greatly appreciated. I am grateful for the exceptional service Micah provided for my parents. Michael & Son is consistently reliable, professional, and meticulous in their work. I know this, not only from my parents but from personal experience as well. They showed up for us when no one else would. Michael & Son is the best!

Michael and Sons did a great job. We had a plumbing emergency and they were able to get it resolved with permits and everything in 2 days. They were professional and the work looks like its done well. I did sign up for their care subscription for a year as well to cover my HVAC and other plumbing. The 15% discount alone made it worth it.

Technician Nyron Harris came by to investigate some concerns I had with my HVAC unit. He was prompt, respectful of my property, very professional. I am a new homeowner so I appreciate the time he took to explain how everything worked. I am very satisfied with this visit.

The space heater I used blew an outlet in my living room so I immediately called Michael & Sons who had an immediate availability and well as one for the next morning which I chose. The first call to schedule was a breeze. The electrical technician, Erik, was able to arrive an hour before the scheduled window which was a plus. Erik quickly identified the problem after a thorough inspection, explained what was wrong, and answered all my questions. He replaced four outlets in total. The entire experience was extremely professional and I’m beyond satisfied. I will be using Michael & Sons in the future and appreciate them getting us back in operation quickly (and during inclement weather!).

Samuel was amazing, it only took him 30 minutes to repair my leak in the sink. Very professional and I liked that he explained everything to me and gave me options. I will definitely use them again.

Chantz was awesome! He was prompt and explained things so I could understand what needed to be done. Thank you for your honesty, some companies would have tried to take us to the bank due to our situation but he did not and was able to complete the job in the same day in the rain. I really appreciate him and could not thank him enough.

Michael and Son's (MS) performed the repair work very effectively. They arrived on the afternoon of Monday, September 1st (Labor Day), and were able to diagnose the problem with great speed and accuracy. The repair was completed the next day. However, the cost of their services was exceedingly high. I submitted the repair invoice to my insurance company, which compared MS's charges to their standard rates for the area. The estimate from the insurance company was approximately $2,500, while MS charged $8,800—a difference of 4 to 5 times the standard cost. I would highly recommend MS for emergency situations but advise others to shop around for more affordable options for repairs.

We had a fantastic experience with Standrick! He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He even fit us in last minute, which we truly appreciated. He took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was completed safely and efficiently. The work was neat, fairly priced, and done right the first time. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable — we’ll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He wired and installed our double oven, as well installed a box for our range oven. The best electrician we have ever hired. He went above and beyond and made sure things were done right. I would definitely recommend Orian.

I had a great experience with Seth from Michael & Son Services. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, and he provided before-and-after photos so I could clearly see the work that was completed.

What I appreciated most was his transparency and patience. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job correctly — not just quickly.

I saw that my water heater was leaking. I called comfort technology after calling two other companies. The others could not come out for three to five days. That would have been a catastrophe. Comfort was able to be here the next morning with a new heater. They were very professional. The installation was done and we are very happy!

Just had another highly positive experience with Comfort Technology. Our AC quit working last night and we're up and running again! Outstanding company to deal with. Every employee from top to bottom is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Update!! November 2025. We had a serious issue with our existing HVAC unit and decided to upgrade to a new unit. The team came out last Tuesday and installed the new unit with ZERO issues. I highly recommend Comfort Technology to any and everyone!

Danny did a great job identifying the problem quickly. My AC unit was back up and running faster than I anticipated. Danny was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I will be recommending Comfort Technology to family and friends.

Technician was here approximately 7 minutes. $89.00 for this is way overpriced. No questions from tenhnician as to whether I had replaced filters or not.

I was very impressed with the communication and updates before my scheduled appointment. They gave an hour window and were here within that timeframe. The technician was very personable and professional. My issue was resolved very quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
