A very good experience. I received a visit and a proposal within the same day by Joe . He was very helpful ,professional and polite. He proceeded to schedule the install quickly after I gave the go ahead. Three techs Kory,Chris and Zach were very prompt, professional, courteous and helpful. I could not have ask for a better experience. This is the first day,hopefully all will go well for many years .

Was able to get me seen within a couple of days during the summer high peek demand. The tech arrived early and was professional and took the time to explain what problem he could see and what may have caused it. Then had me back up and running quickly while explaining the process to me. I would recommend to anyone. They also do a discount for military.

The gentleman arrived on time which was very important to me since I was coming from Chesapeake. He explained the problem and told me each step he was doing to fix it. He also made recommendations for future maintenance. I used this company about 10 years ago and I always receive great service!

I cannot put into words how grateful we are for Bennetts. We have four kids in the middle of a heat wave and they squeezed us in so quickly and made the Repair in an hour and a half they were so reasonably priced and literally the most generous people ever. They are a 10 out of 10 recommend if you're going with any other AC company you're really missing out! The technician and office staff were all so kind! Good luck trying to find that anywhere else!!

Wanted to upgrade my recording studio with a more reliable air/heating unit. Decided to go with the mini split system. Contacted Bennetts Air Conditioning, and they immediately set up a time to come out and see what was needed. After we agreed upon the size, it was a matter of ordering the parts and setting up install. Parts came in within a few days, and the installation date was verified. Installers arrived on time, ready to go. It was a breeze, pun intended. Had me up and running in no time. I always do business with this company. Local and family oriented.
