Seth is a likeable, knowledgeable and pleasant person. He took his time to do a thorough job and answered all of my questions. The office personnel are also courteous and helpful. This is a great business.

Mediocre at best, it took them three days to replace our unit, which should have taken a day. The second day they were supposed to be at our home they were sent to an “emergency” causing our own emergency in our home due to the fact that it got up to over 85. Both technicians worked about 7 hours while at our home for those 2 initial days. Would not recommend this company.

The entire staff is very friendly, they responded quickly to my problem.
The diagnosis was accurate and they worked quickly to repair and replace the necessary parts. The price is justified by the work they do.
When they arrived at my property they identified themselves correctly, after making the diagnosis they showed me the estimate once I approved it they began to work and in a matter of minutes I had my heating working correctly.
I trust them and their work. This is the second time I have worked with them and without hesitation I would call them again.

John performed a semi annual checkup and cleaning. He is a really nice person and super professional. He took his time and was thorough. I really like that PHA promptly informs you of your appointment, follows up when the tech is on the way and sends his/her picture.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Peninsula Heating and Air.
On June 7th, I called them because my AC wasn’t cooling. The technician said the system was low on refrigerant and might have a leak. I asked whether it made sense to add refrigerant if there’s a possible leak, and he said it would still last 3–6 months. Based on that advice, I agreed and paid around $600, including a $169 diagnostic fee.
Less than a month later, the AC stopped working again. I called them back, and they came after a few days — and confirmed that yes, the system has a leak, and the coil needs to be replaced, at a cost of about $2,100. I asked why this wasn't diagnosed during the first visit but didn’t get a clear answer. And on top of that, I was charged a second $169 diagnostic fee, even though the original issue was never properly resolved.
With no other choice, I agreed to the repair and waited almost a week without AC in the summer heat. When the part arrived, two technicians came to replace the coil, but I noticed them constantly calling someone for instructions throughout the job. It was clear they were not experienced, and by the end of the day, they still hadn’t fixed the AC. The next day, a different technician had to come out to complete the repair.
Overall, this was an expensive and stressful experience. Poor diagnosis, unnecessary charges, and a lack of qualified technicians. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, reliable HVAC service.

I talked with the company and was given an estimate which I signed. I was given an installation date 11 days later. On day of installation I called to see what time they were coming, and was told the part was not in yet and they would have a scheduler get back with me once they had an update. I was not informed of this prior, and cancelled my appointment after this.
I found the part on my own online, made a phone call and had the part delivered to my house in two days. This was a very disappointing experience. Sad because, I previously used this company and had excellent customer service a couple.of years ago.....

Every technician or service person that has come to our house from Peninsula Heating and Air has always been professional, kind and patient. And Rudolf was no different. He listened, explained what was he was doing, what was going on , asked if we had questions. He was patient and listened to my 89 year old father explain the dampers under the house. And he got the dampers set perfect for cooling the house! Rudolf was an absolute gem to come service our house. He made things easy and not stressful. Thank you Rudolf and thank you Peninsula Heating and Air.

We spent two full weeks with Kyle and Jake from PHA as they re-engineered our home into a high tech multi zone smart energy set of living spaces. The tech is cool of course, but the entire experience was great because of them! I spent 25 of my 45 year career leading customer experience for large global companies including Digital transformation. The entire experience with Peninsula Heating and Air was terrific. From the first time I called, I was able to speak to a friendly Human. In my follow-up calls, I was always greeted by someone very friendly. My technician, Seth, was great. He helped me understand what my issue was. He installed the new parts and had me back up and running.

I left word on their answering machine last night after hours and first thing this morning they called to let me know someone would be here soon. Got another call to notify us the technician, Matt Shealey, was on his way. I especially like the text showing his name as well as a picture of him that was sent with the phone call. Matt (and all of the staff) was very patient, knowledgeable and courteous and since it was approaching 80* in the house, his punctuality was greatly appreciated! PHA is the best!

The Technician Rudolph was extremely polite and respectful. He also ensured he left the house and yard cleaner than he arrived. He helped me understand the programmable thermostat better. He is a very knowledgeable tradesman.

There ways two associates that came to service my unit and usually they put covers over their shoes. Today being wet they did not. Also agree hours after they left I went outside to get my mail and found out that having two of your associates that no even one had the decency to close my storm door after they had been the ones that locked it opened. I didn’t think I had to go behind them like they were babies. I figured they were adults.

The technician, Seth Vasvary, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He offered many different options and found me a discount to assist with the affordability of the repair. PHA responded the same day I called. Would definitely use them again in the future.

i just had my second whole house HVAC system replaced by PHA. And its done in record time both times. Ronnie and his crew are outstanding and he put up with my constant harassment till it was done HAHA. Not to mention my recent house is far out on the limits of there service area. Yet Ronnie and his guys stayed late on a Friday to get the job done!! Will always use and recommend them!!!! only 5 stars because there's not 10!!
