What a wonderful experience! Eagle Construction is a great company. Kelli Davis and her sales team and Manager was wonderful in assisting us in moving to Newtown in Williamsburg. We love our new home and made the buying process, walk thru and closing a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would recommend moving to any Eagle Construction home.

I bought a home from Eagle. Eagle and all its staff did an amazing job in helping me buy my new home. They were so friendly, open, supportive, and helpful. They were there to answer each and every question I had through the entire process. The bottom line- the people who work for Eagle are the reason I bought in the community I did.

We worked with Tiffani & Jon with Eagle construction sales & can’t say enough great things about their prompt service and handling all questions and concerns. We also worked with Kaitie in the design phase who was extremely helpful and our project manger Patrick Riley has been excellent and addressed any issues and provided quick replies and solutions. working with Eagle has been a very positive experience!

My family and I had a great experience working with Bo and Bonnie at the new Readers Branch neighborhood in Goochland. They were both attentive to our needs and made the whole start up process go smoothly. Once it came time for selections, Kaite at the selection center was professional and provided great ideas to fine-tune the design of our home. The construction of the home was on time and Rivers, our superintendent, was knowledgeable and was always available to addressed any questions we had during the build out phase. Overall I give Eagle construction and “A” and anyone interested in any of their home communities should feel confident that they are going to get an outstanding product.

Mike and Daryl were amazing project managers. We had several hiccups with switching designs in the beginning and they handled it with ease. They were professional, kind and hard working. Kelly in the model office was amazing also. She helped us even after we moved in! She took calls on weekends and after hours she is amazing!

After spending more than a year researching and meeting with other builders in the area, Eagle stands - without question - above the others. Eagle's sum quality of construction, customization, and pricing are the best. The incredible service, flexibility, and trustworthiness from the sales staff, the design staff, and the construction staff have continually impressed us. Kelli, Kaitie, Jesse, and every other Eagle rep that we have engaged have made the home buying and building experience exceptionally easy and fun.

My senior parents just moved into Villas at Providence. They were out of state, so I was very involved in the process. Eagle made the process very pleasant and easy. The value and quality of the construction is very good. Mom had an electrical issue in her laundry room when the new washer was delivered and it was dealt with promptly once we got to the bottom of it. The Emory floorplan is really nice. Mom calls it her big little house. It is quite spacious with no wasted space. The garage is enormous. Highly recommend.

We have been in our new home for about 5 months now and are truly grateful to all those involved in the purchase, planning and construction phases.

Sales Consultant, Jessi May, was easy to work with, transparent and very responsive to questions along the way. Design Consultant, Anne Binns, provided direction and assistance as we chose from a large variety of options to make our home our own. She understood what we were trying to accomplish with finish choices and worked with us to bring those ideas to completion. Sr. Project Mgr, Kenny Moore, worked with us throughout the construction phase and we could not have been happier. He addressed our questions and concerns and worked to provide the best possible result. Finally, Customer Care Technician, Corey Cotten, worked with us 90 days post move-in. He has been friendly, professional, quick to address our needs and prompt in follow up.

We love our new home. It is quality built and turned out beautifully. We absolutely would recommend Eagle Construction to build your new home.

We had a great experience. We bought a home that was a model home . Eagle was with us every step of the way making sure we knew everything about the house, getting appliances registered and coming back to work on a few small issues we had. They were very helpful.

We are very pleased with our Eagle Home at Greengate. From our sales representative to our construction representative, the Eagle team has been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and courteous. Any issues that we had with the house were promptly resolved and we are excited about our new home.

We purchased our new home in October 2019 and the builder was Eagle Construction of Virginia. We are enjoying our home and we love the design of the home. It was warm and cozy during the winter and is cool and comfortable during the hot months. The porch is beautiful as we enjoy looking at the morning sun and the stars at night. We are very pleased with our home and get many compliments. Our concern is the lot next to us. We hope that a solution as to what is going to happen with that lot will be resolved soon. Jerry & Cora

We bought a spec home that was already built, but which we had our own touches done to become moving in, using the credit Eagle gave us. Our experience has been positive overall in terms of what was done for us and the warranty follow up, and we feel Eagle was generous. We really liked our sales person Rick and the person who helped us with upgrades (Kelly?), and the Warranty person, Rick. However, 3 exceptions that were upsetting for us: 1. the A/C system upstairs was poorly installed and we felt we had to push Eagle some to get someone out to look at it and convince them we were not just over reacting. When the A/C person came out it took him several hours to repair a system that had been wrongly installed, much to his shock. 2. We had 220 installed for a hot tub and found out months later it had never been permitted in spite of assurance from Eagle that it had been. When the subcontracting electricians came to get it to code it took them four tries before the city would approve it. The boss for the electricians was very difficult to work with, but Eagle, and their warranty person Bert, did persist very admirably to make it right. 3. The other biggest challenge was when we were coordinating the closing following a VA inspection, where we were given inaccurate information by Eage that the inspection had been done when in fact it had not. This caused much last minute angst since we had coordinated moving out of our old home to the new owners around this information and left us concerned about having a place to stay. Eagle did accommodate us by letting us move in a week before closing so it worked out... eventually, but there were a few frustrating days. In terms of courtesy, Eagle sales and upgrades/options representatives, and warranty people have always been very friendly and professional. Bottom line, having built 5 houses, overall we were happy with Eagle, and in general they are easy to work with. Recommendation, keep being friendly and helpful as you are, but do not say things you are not 100% sure of; and, give the buyer the benefit of the doubt when they express concerns about their home. To do otherwise runs the risk of undermining your credibility and damaging trust, and believe me, neighbors talk, not only among themselves but to other people they know are considering moving, especially in a military sense community.

We had a great experience with Rick, Kelly and the Eagle team. Rick helped with getting our plan together and answering any questions we had. He even facilitated us changing the layout of our house from a left to right configuration, which was not an easy feat. Kelly was wonderful to work with during our design sessions. She was very knowledgeable about all facets of the design process and gave us great ideas along the way. Overall we had a very pleasurable experience with all things Eagle and we love our home.

I would never recommend Eagle. We’ve been in our home for 1.5 years and still have items from our 90-day warranty list (items that are a result of their shoddy construction and attention to detail) that need fixing. We’ve been very patient and understanding of construction delays and limited labor resources, but can’t even get an email back. Extremely unprofessional lack of follow-up, basically ghosting. We never would have purchased an Eagle home if we knew it would be like this. Many in our neighborhood tell the same story. AVOID!

The whole team at Eagle Construction of Virginia performed every step of the process to make this project enjoyable for me. I love my condo here at Wellie Hill Place in WBV.

I had a health issue and tried to work with Eagle to find a way to amicably exit my contract. They had sold all the units in the development and were around 60 days from completing the units and I just asked if they could try and sell mine and I was willing to pay a penalty. They not only were not willing to work with me they threatened to sue me if I did not close. This is a large public company and you can expect them to act like it.
If you still want to work with them I would go to the design center before signing a contract as many things you would expect to come with the home are extra so your price will likely be well above the list price.

Eagle was part of our first dream come true, our first home. I can definitely say that they offered us the best architectural style that we had not been able to find around jointly with some unique touches like the very high interior doors which my husband loves and I find them a very special piece to give the "grand look" to the interior design. We enjoyed building with them every single detail (almost perfect, minor adjustments needed) and have enjoyed collaborating with professional people who work with the team.

Tiffanie provided professional information to us, been a good advisor and attentive to our requests. Suzanna Hagen was also a very important piece when designing the house. Other people behind this who worked for us, thank you.

We live in West Broad Village, and love our european style neighborhood. We are thankful for the opportunity to have our own house, and thankful for the people who dedicated themselves to make this come true.

I wanted to share my experience with purchasing our first Eagle Construction home. Bottom line up front, the homes are well made with quality, long lasting materials. Their attention to detail from top down is the best we’ve ever seen. We are in love with the thoughtful craftsmanship and modern appeal. The lists of upgraded amenities is too long to put in this short posting. Rick and the company has been nothing but professional and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
I’ve witnessed first hand several of their new homes being built and became even more proud of owning an Eagle home. I observed a large wooden frame crack when they attempted to lift it to the roof of a house being built. Doing the right thing, they replaced the entire frame. That example sums up our experience with Eagle, as they have always done “the right thing”. Bert is extremely attentive. During our walk through inspection, he already took care of almost every item before I even had to address it. Very impressive! I trust his expertise and he truly knows his profession. I called him a bunch of times randomly to ask questions and he’s always been friendly, respectful, and professional. Eagle has a great team here with beautiful houses that anyone would be proud to own. Keep it up!

Unethical! Eagle built our new (not inexpensive) home in 2017. Within 2 years we started having cracks in our siding. Though Eagle is not the manufacturer, nor the installer, they made no effort to assist in the replacement of our siding. When I followed up with the installer/manufacturer at Eagle's recommendation, I was offered $187, for what ended up costing us more than $20K to replace. There are over 80 homes in my subdivision with this issue, and more in other subdivisions around town. Eagle has absolved itself completely from any responsibility. Most homeowners in my neighborhood are on fixed incomes and this expense was clearly difficult for many to absorb, only 3-5 years in from the home's construction. Shame on Eagle for not attempting to provide a better financial solution for homeowners. In the long run, it would have been a drop in their profit bucket. Instead, it has considerably damaged their reputation and should give pause to any future homeowners considering buying from them.

Buying our new home through Eagle-- We have had a great experience thus far. Eagle's building seems more impressive than Ryan homes from our experience, from both a construction/product perspective as well as a sales perspective. Eagle really sets itself apart through service and communication to the customer, as well the workmanship of their product. They made significant efforts show us where their process and product differentiate themselves, which was attractive when making the largest purchase of our lives. The sales associates never seemed pushy; while I imagine they are compensated on commission, we felt as though they wanted to help us find what was best for us.

I am so thankful to the people behind Eagle Construction of VA for helping me settle into my new home after a cross country move. From my experiences with the initial viewing of the model to the sales and design centers to landing in my beautiful new condo, I have had many pleasant surprises along the way! I am happy to recommend them and my amazing, quiet, luxury condo (or one like it)!
