HCH super impressed me. We have a large house with little kids and three dogs. We had a deep cleaning done and the HCH team was here for 6 hours. Prior to the cleaning, the company contacted me to discuss details and trouble areas we would like them to focus on. Everything went so smoothly and our house feels so fresh and clean! Ty!

They did a stellar job, our first cleaning after two months of do-it-yourself when we and and our former cleaners parted ways.
Really covered everything including sliding glass doors inside and out in the winter! We're extremely satisfied.

Exceptional Service from STW!
​I am absolutely thrilled with the house cleaning service provided by STW! Yenssi and Heidi were amazingly thorough and efficient. They didn't miss a single detail, tackling everything from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. What I particularly appreciated was that the house smelled genuinely clean and fresh, without being overpowered by obnoxious chemical smells (as has happened with other services I've used.)

I also loved that the manager Amy, was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. Between the email reminders and the text message notifications when they were on their way, I've never had such clear communication from a cleaning service. STW is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used and is well worth the investment. I highly recommend them for reliable, high-quality cleaning. Five stars!

For years, Barry Toph has been extremely informative and helpful to me. Last week, I was buying large boulders from xxxxxx and thought I would also purchase additional trees etc from them. However, their service was much less attentive, so I went back to Barry for the marvelous assistance I regularly get from him. Kevin Crawford was especially helpful in pulling out Helleri Hollies on a cold, damp day undeterred by the sprinkling system that was operating and getting him soaking wet. I have a delivery coming that is more than $2,000.

You can be proud to have such cheerful, dedicated and helpful employees as Barry Toph and Kevin Crawford.

Awesome variety of plants and trees that you won't find at home depot, lowes, or walmart. Staff are super helpful.

Plants purchased under special discounts have an uncanny ability to croak shortly after they are planted. More recently, there are now fewer plants with special discounts to alleviate that from happening rather frequently in the future.
Previously, on-line preferred customers were not entered in the sales data bases. Other Meadows Farms locations proactively entered preferred customer e-mails to verify purchases and to log transactions for year end discounts. This shortcoming is now in the past at this site.There is now an incentive to stop by other than fixing a flat enroute to other Meadows Farms stores in the area.

Great selection of trees this year. Really friendly staff and couldn't be easier to find. Looking for a tree look no further. I have no experience with anything else they have here so I can't speak to that.

Good selection of plants, rocks, and other landscape supplies. The staff has always been very helpful and super friendly to me here, that’s the icing on the cake to me which keeps me coming back.

Great place to shop gardening products and also amazing price on plants

There are major differences between the Meadows Farm locations, including this one and the one a mile down Rt. 7. This one has more shade loving plants and hydrangeas. It selection of shrubs and trees is always different, with more large, standard specimen plants since it has a lot of space. It usually has more houseplants. I need to go to both locations to find what I need. There are two other problems: delivery is very slow, and installtion even slower, and their prices are high. Notthe top of the market, but just below. BTW: THeir landscape design sevice is good, but quoted prices are really high.

This place is amazing! We took 5 students with disabilities here for the fall festival and man what a GREAT day we had! Kyle and Andrew were amazing! Would recommend!

The customer service at Meadows Farms is really wonderful! They are always happy to answer my questions. I purchased all my plants from them and am so pleased! They have all grown beautifully!

I don’t buy a ton of plants there but their leaf service has been great. I was very pleased with the quality of the work for the money.

I am usually very pleased with Meadows Farms but today they did not have enough help. We waited a very long time to obtain a ticket and then check out. It took the cashier 15 minutes 2 check out one person while looking for him in the computer. Patience was a virtue today.

First time I have been to this nursery and really enjoyed it. However, I was a little rattled seeing an employee at the cash register without a mask. She later came back with one on. The pandemic is real and I hope people realize that our safety continues to be important to combat COVID-19. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was looking to buy some trees for my yard and have them planted. The customer service was very poor. They didn't know what they had in stock nor where it was located. When I finally was given help, I was directed to the landscaping office. A lot of my time was wasted and he recommended trees that were not even available. I went to Merrifield and had success.

I went to this place two days ago, the place is very beautiful and they have a variety of flowers. I wanted to buy many flowers for my balcony, when I arrived at the establishment I could see how 4 young people were talking and sitting. They offered no help at all! Hey guys work more on your customer service because it is terrible.

Misleading exchange policy and extremely rude staff: When I purchased $2,200 worth of plants last Spring, the staff told me to buy with confidence because I have a 1 year warranty on the plants, and should one of them die they will exchange it with no questions asked. One of the plants never got established and ended up dying. When I took it back to the store, they asked me to pay the difference between the price I paid and the price they currently had for the plant. They said even though the plant is the exact type and size, it is today priced 53% higher , so I have to pay the difference or there will be no exchange. On top of that, the staff was very rude when I stated that such an "exchange" policy warrants a negative review online. That mean-spirited, venom-spewing female who completed the "exchange" (It was today Friday 9/13/19 around 6:00 pm) was particularly rude and seemed to be enjoying exercising her sarcasm on me, the customer. I had heard many negative things about this company from friends and neighbors who advised me to shop at Merrifield or even Home Depot or Lowes for good customer service and peace of mind. I should have listened to them.
