Reviews of local pros in Herndon, Virginia

I have used Betty for more than 20 years and she is an excellent cleaner. Very hard working and she is on time.
I will recommend her to anyone who wants to use her services.

Ms. Betty and her team are absolutely amazing — true lifesavers! I’ve had the privilege of working with them for the past two years, and they impress me every single time. With four kids, keeping the house organized isn’t easy, but they consistently arrange the rooms beautifully and make them look like hotel suites.

I truly love their services. Every time I walk into my home after they’ve cleaned, it smells fresh, looks spotless, and feels incredibly welcoming. And when I say clean, I mean really clean. I couldn’t be happier!

Hired OCC cleaning and honestly couldn’t be happier with the work. Communication was easy, quick and they delivered on their commitment to value. 10/10 will use again.

Very good job and excellent price and recommend

I tried messaging them facebook and also contacting them through their website to inquire about booking, no responses from both places.

OCC Clean; It's a serious company. responsible, good prices and good work,I recommend it 👍

Excellent service and workers. The OWner is very nice and professional. Prompt service

OCC has always been great to us! Lorena is always responsive, kind and helpful!

Change is never a comfortable feeling as there is always the concern of how "The New" will be. Yesterday was an eye opening experience and a breath of fresh air to have your team at our location. To be quite honest, they were “the talk around the office” as everyone was impressed with how hard they worked, how attentive to detail and more than anything, extremely delightful to have around. It is an absolute pleasure to have you/your team as a partner and we look forward to continued services.

For the moment… THANK YOU! You and your team do not disappoint.

Thank you for the great cleaning experience.
Lorena is very responsive and always strives to make sure that we communicate about the job.
Thank you!

I cannot express how much I enjoy working with this company. When you pay for a service and get more than what's anticipate in return, is a great feeling. The attention to detail is impressive as well as the amazing customer service. I highly recommend working with OCC for your cleaning needs.

Yanelys and her crew have been our premier commercial cleaning provider for the past ten years at our distribution center. Their attention to detail and consistency has been key to our business. Our facility smells and feels to its very best!

Best Cleaning Service in all of the DC/VA/MD area. I’ve used many cleaning services in the past years; Yanelys Gonzalez (business owner) of OCC Cleaning Service, is hands down the absolute BEST house cleaning service. My husband and son say I’m fastidious when it comes to house cleaning. I’m all about order and organization. And I admit, I can be rather scrupulous. Details matter. My house is spacious, there’s a lot of room to cover. OCC did not miss a beat. Very detail oriented, thorough, professional, and friendly. Diligent! They cleaned top to bottom in every room. Meticulous. The company should be called OCD instead of OCC. I have never been completely satisfied with a cleaning service. I can now say I am more than satisfied!! They are superior. Highly recommend!!!

OCC Clean has now cleaned our house 3 times (with more to come)! The first time, they did a huge deep clean after our in-laws and their 2 dogs lived with us for several months while they waited for their new home to be built. They did such an amazing job and cleaned so thoroughly and perfectly, that I was hooked! The only gift I asked for this holiday season was for monthly cleaning from OCC because I was frustrated that I was spending so much of my weekend cleaning instead of enjoying my limited time off from work.

Since then, their team has continued to go above and beyond. They have cleaned things I wasn’t even expecting with my standard monthly cleaning, they have worked with my schedule and been flexible with timing, they have been careful and trustworthy with our personal belongings, and they have saved me hours of cleaning time. If you’re considering hiring them, you should! Your home will be cleaned even better than anticipated, and they’ll save you countless hours of cleaning!

Occ Clean is an amazing service, I couldn't have asked for better. 100% satisfied with it. They started cleaning my house once a month but I felt they do such a great job, I requested them to do it twice a month because it's worth the money. They use eco friendly products and that is very important to my family due to allergies. We are very happy with Occ Clean. Lorena is very responsive with excellent customer service skills.

OCC Clean is our go-to company for move-out cleaning. We have been using them for more than 10 years because their team is reliable and thorough.

OCC are FANTASTIC!! I first started using their services for my business ( a gym) and they did such an amazing job that now they come and clean my home too. Their attention to detail is very good and they are always friendly and on time. I highly recommend their cleaning services for both your home and business! Lorena, the office manager, is very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you OCC!

I only have wonderful things to say with OCC Clean! From the always friendly Lorena on emails who is so quick to resolve any issues or answer any questions, to the wonderful ladies who come to keep my home sparkling clean, I highly recommend this company if you want peace of mind knowing that a reliable, trustworthy crew will come and help keep your home tidy and clean. Thank you OCC!

Short version: OCC is beyond incredible.

I have had my parents (and 2 large elderly dogs) living with me and my wife (and our large dog) for the past 7 months as they finished construction on their new home. We decided to do a deep clean of our home after my parents and their dogs moved out and entrusted the job to OCC Clean. My wife won't stop gushing about how clean our house is!!!

OCC's team was thorough and professional. They started by confirming the scope of work, were very careful to use the right products on the right surfaces (which was greatly appreciated as we do have hardwood floors), and cleaned the living daylights out of everything in sight! My wife is convinced our house hasn't been this clean since the day we moved in!

I would strongly recommend selecting OCC Clean, whether you need a one time deep clean like we did, or a recurring service.

My company has been with OCC Cleaning for 2 years at this point and their service quality and communication level are superior to any other partner we have worked with in the past. Their efforts of maintaining a clean work environment for the employees of the building have been nothing short of exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to start up or switch service providers.

We've used OCC Clean for steam cleaning and spot cleaning our carpet multiple times. They are reliable, on time, and do a great job! I especially appreciate how helpful and responsive Lorena is to work with. She arranges everything perfectly and communicates quickly and clearly so there are no surprises.
