We’ve been using OCC Clean for a while now to take care of our office cleaning in Manassas, and they’ve been great. Yanelys and her team are always on top of things, super responsive, easy to work with, and they really pay attention to detail.

They handle everything from day porter and janitorial service to deep cleaning and post-construction cleaning, and the quality is always consistent. It’s nice working with a reliable, affordable local company that actually cares.

I also appreciate that they follow OSHA and LEED standards. If you need professional cleaners in Northern Virginia, especially around Fairfax County, Loudoun County, or the DC Metro area, OCC Clean is a solid choice.

They went out of their way to fit a cleaning into our tight schedule, and did a great job.

0 stars. Initial communication with Mr Dallas Parker over the phone and text was rude. After agreeing on price and time, arrived over two hours late when I had asked for a later time in the day prior. Entered my home and argued to charge more than the agreed upon price over the phone. They walked out in the middle of our conversation with a terrible attitude. This is a very unprofessional company. I will never deal with them again.

Dallas is an absolute wizard! But I'll get to that in a second. I found Dallas after calling every single carpet cleaning company within 20 miles. My husband spilled Gorilla Glue on the carpet and every single company I called told me, without hesitation, that it could not be removed. When I called Dallas, he was so confident, that he said he could do it with zero hesitation in his voice.

Fast-forward to the day of our appointment, and he hadn't shown up by 30 minutes after the appointment time. I left him a message and he called me back from his hospital bed. The poor man had just had major surgery and was apologizing profusely for forgetting to call and reschedule. That is some serious freaking work ethic. From his hospital bed!!! You can't even make that up. Lol

Today was our makeup appointment, and again he was apologetic for being in the hospital. I love this guy! Lol
He got down on his hands and knees and spent about 45 minutes hand-removing every spec of glue that other major companies told me was impossible. He is so good at what he does. I absolutely recommend him. You will not be disappointed. This man takes so much pride in what he does and it shows.

TL;DR - Dallas is a rock star with tremendous work ethic, and he was able to remove Gorilla glue from my carpet when dozens of other companies said it can't be done.

Dallas and team did an unbelievable job on my condo that I was putting on the market! Communication was great and he was very easy to deal with. The carpet was pretty bad and he made it look like new. Would definitely recommend this company!!

AMAZING. I was ready to replace our carpet thanks to our 3 dogs and many foster puppies, hubby always wearing his shoes around the house, and this wonderful Virginia red clay that we have but Dallas performed a miracle and got our carpet sparkling like NEW. He spent 6 HOURS to get our carpets and rugs clean! We will definitely use Parker Cleaning again. Just wow.

If you are looking for a professional and reasonable company, this is it. I highly recommend this company. Mr. Parker is an example of what a company should be: on time, professional, kind and efficient. Even with short notice, Mr. Parker was able to clean our rugs and they look amazing. In addition, his pricing is all inclusive with treatments -- unlike the larger companies that itemize. Highly recommend.

Parker Cleaning & Restoration is a professional and friendly company, that prides itself in delivering the best service possible. I have used them twice and couldn't be happier with the service I received. The first time I used them it was to clean the carpets in a rental property, their staff was polite, attentive and ensured I was satisfied with the end result.

The second time I used them it was to clean up after a pipe burst, they not only disinfected the affected areas, but completely restored my furniture, carpet and flooring to its original condition. I would highly recommend using this company for your cleaning and restoration needs.

They were very bad, pretty much rushed through my work. Very lazy cleaning and no attention to dirty areas. Could not clean my hardwood floor even after I had given them extra time. Called to issue a complaint and never got a call back. I could have done a better job cleaning myself. Will definitely not recommend their service

I had been paying for these services through Venmo and a dispute ensued over payment. After showing proof of payment, I never heard back on confirmation. Since then I have reached out several times with no response. I have asked several times for my key back and still no response. I used this company for over three years but lately the cleaning had become less and less satisfactory. I would not recommend this service to anyone

Incredible experience! I needed a deep clean for 2 floors of our house, and even the soap dishes were scrubbed! It was a great bargain, and the ladies did a bang-up job. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and will be calling them again!

For move-out services, progressive cleaning was used. Excellent group that was extremely productive and meticulous in their attention to detail, ensuring my entire space looked immaculate!

So far I've been very satisfied with this cleaning service. The apartment is clean and the price is reasonable. Other cleaning services were difficult to reach or just plain didn't show up when scheduled but we always know when Emerita's will be there and that the job will be done well. The floors, bathrooms and kitchen are particularly annoying to clean and they do a great job there.

We have used Emerita's House Cleaning Service 4 times now. They are very thorough and do a fabulous job cleaning everything. Our house is spotless when we return.

I see there is another comment about hardwood floors. I'd like to say they clean ours every single time and do a great job. We have kids and pets, so it's probably not an easy job either.

I would definitely recommend Emerita's to those looking for a house cleaner!
