I highly recommend CleanTech Building Maintenance. Carmen and her team power washed and cleaned the outside of our home. They performed the work on schedule with a crew that was prompt and tidy. They do great work!

I work in construction management, I deal with many different subcontractors and I have used a variety of cleaning contractors. Cleantech is not only the best cleaning contractor I have dealt with, but, they're also the best contractor I have ever interacted with. They have gone above and beyond more times than I can count and their employees do it, with no complaints or hassles. I wish they would start a drywall division, just so they could simplify my life.

I had very bad experience with this company. They broke my trust second time also , they were at my house to do power wash , asked me about $ 500 for additional work, we thought they were going to do motor joint , which we had quote before and discuss on chat also , but instead of motor joint they just through some sealant and took $500 , just for that small job, power wash is horrible, doesn't look any changes before and after.we told the guy Alex about it but he never agree with us and told that's all we can get it. We were expecting he will do motor joint for $500 but didn't met our expectations. Please never hire this company for power wash and don't believe the word of mouth of guy called Alex,he is smart to get money but poor in customer satisfaction. Very poor customer service with this company.

I just had my gutters cleaned by NVA, and am very impressed. The entire experience was great. Scheduling With Joe was easy, he was very responsive to any questions I had, the pricing was very reasonable, and Ben did the work quickly and thoroughly. I was provided with pictures of the finished gutters. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends!

We needed the home and brick cleaned and found NVA Home Services on Angie's. They contacted me within an hour, were out the same day to price the job and were out 2 days later. Done Perfect. Will definitely use again.

Rick is a very professional tech who did an outstanding job power washing my front porch, brick walkway, deck and patio. He got rid of the moss , weeds, mold and made the whole area look brand new. I am very pleased with his work. I highly recommend this company.

Ben came out and did a service check of my gas fireplace when I moved into a new house. I wanted to make sure it was operating safely before I used it. I spoke with Joe, the owner when setting up the appointment, the amount he quoted me was very reasonable and much lower than other companies I had found through Angies or Home Advisor (can't remember which). Ben was quick, efficient, and made sure I knew how to use it before he left. And most importantly confirmed everything was working properly and no maintenance was needed. Was very reassuring. I would use NVA Home Services for any other future needs.
