I could not say enough great things about Keaneu, Alonso, and the entire team. The crew came in ready and came up with strategic approaches for how to store furniture that needed to be condensed into a smaller room. Alonso offered great knowledge to the preservation of some 200+ year old antiques and I could not be more appreciative for everything.

I had an extremely positive experience with White Glove Solutions. They oversaw the moving details for my mother. The quality of their work was impeccable. The character of the employee's was very pleasing. It turns out that we did have a difference of understanding when it came to the invoice. But they were completely sympathetic to our point of view, our understanding of the pricing structure and our contrasting views were handled professionally and very much to our satisfaction.

This was by far the best experience I've had with a moving company, and I have used all the local, reputable companies before. They were on time, professional, reasonably priced, and extremely respectful of all of our items. The process felt remarkably smooth and calm. The crew even efficiently unpacked our boxes for us, including hanging up pictures (and did a beautiful job with it)! The most unique thing about this company, though, is that their employees have good judgment, and by the end of the moving process, I found myself asking the crew lead his opinion on placement of furniture. I could not recommend this moving company more highly!

I cannot say enough amazing things about White Glove Solution. We recently moved my in-laws from Pennsylvania to Reston and this team made it so easy. Alonso and Keaneu were amazing and the team of movers - Ana, Lulu, Juli and Ever were incredible. The nicest, professional and compassionate group of people. I recently used White Glove Solutions for my mother's move to assisted living and I could not be more pleased with the experience. They were professional, courteous, flexible and easygoing to work with. I was amazed to see how they had carefully unpacked my mother's things and thoughtfully placed them in her room. It made the transition so smooth for her and she was surprised and delighted with the results. One of the things that made this company outstanding was the extra services they included. I am not a techie so they set up my mom's t.v.s and made it as simple as possible for her. They also hung all her artwork and put away her belongings in a very thoughtful way. They even thought to put her license plate saying "I'm Brit" on her fridge which we all loved. This is a no brainer. Keanu and his father, Alonso, and their moving team were truly sensitive to the needs of my elderly parents and very attentive to details of their well being during the entire moving process from the initial estimate to helping to set everything up after all my parents items arrived. Everything was handled very professionally and with the utmost care. They truly went above and beyond what we expected and we came to understand that we were not an exception, but simply that's how they do business. Our family's experience with White Glove matches the other reviews here on Google. We were cast into an extremely difficult situation, moving our 90-year-old parents into assisted living (one who didn't want to go), and White Glove stepped into the middle of it with us. Apart from their thoroughness and professionalism in simply getting the job done, they knew how and when to simply stop and listen. Letting go of a home and most of the stuff in it is a traumatic experience; there's a lot of grieving. Their crews kept working but their principals attended to the relationships. On that point and to their credit, they put women in key positions needing a softer touch. A great experience with a terrific company- I can't say enough good things.

This is a great company and knowledgeable staff. They are also patient which helps as you are sorting your loved one’s personal items which is not easy.

I highly recommend them—especially if you have a large property and lots of belongings to remove.
