Update: I had several spots on the carpet that I was certain no one could out. they were from melted plastic. This crew got every bit out of the carpet. You cannot even see there was a mark there. So impressed.

I am recommending this carpet cleaning services with high regard! Kevin and helper were great in cleaning my entire house, area rugs and a water stain on a silk wool rug! The cream staircase carpet looks great which is very hard to do with bare feet foot traffic.

First time using JRJ Proclean since friends recommended them after using several times with 100% positive experience! We too were very pleased and would highly recommend! Joe was very easy to work with when scheduling & explaining our needs. Kevin and Rolando arrived a few minutes early, and were thorough, friendly and very professional. We had some tough stains after heavy use from teenage boys & pets, to the point that we even considered replacing, but the carpet looks SIGNIFICANTLY better and we’re so glad we made the choice to have it cleaned. It looks and smells GREAT & so was the price!

Joe and his team were absolutely wonderful! We were closing on a house and needed the entire house deep cleaned since we weren’t removing the carpet yet. He was able to fit us into his schedule last minute and they were able to remove some stains that I did not think were possible! I enjoyed working with him and he was very prompt and responsive via text. I highly recommend this company and will be using him in the future!

A must hire company. Kevin and Rolando were amazing with my carpet cleaning needs. I have a five bedroom home with a theater room and carpet steps; the carpet looks and smells brand new after they were done. People renting my house will be extremely satisfied. The crew came out today to do a large couch, large area rug, 3 bedrooms, and a runner. All had stains before the work was done. Fantastic job with no hassle. The guys showed up and worked hard until the job was done and it looks great and the stains are gone! I will definitely be using these guys next time.
