JRJ Pro Clean is a great rug cleaning service. I give them 5 stars. They made my stair carpet look brand new. It's over 10 years old.Very professional service. I have used them twice now and highly recommend them. Joe is always easy to work with and a really nice guy.

I have used JRJ carpet cleaning for years and have never regretted my decision. They're always fair, on time, professional and always do an excellent job with my carpets and more recently my sectional sofa. Joe is wonderful! He has squeezed in for a couple of last minute appointments and I'm so appreciative.

I hired JRJ ProClean to steam clean the wall to wall carpet in my 2 bedroom, hall, and 2 sets of stairs due to an infestation of carpet beetle larvae. JRJ ProClean did an amazing job; I don't think my carpets looked that lovely when they were new. I also got them to stretch the wall to wall carpet in my 2 bedrooms and hall; when the carpet was originally installed, it was full of waves and bumps. It was well worth getting my wall to wall carpet stretched because it is now flat and I can't tell where the wavy areas were. I'm quite pleased with how my wall to wall carpet looks now (and the carpet beetle larvae are long gone). Joe is very easy to work with and his 2 techs are polite and were very careful with my furniture. I definitely recommend his services.

JRJ Proclean has been cleaning our carpets for several years and we will always come back. We have a small zoo and a baby so our carpets take a beating. They do an amazing job. The carpets are spotless, and this year, they also cleaned our giant sectional sofa that needed a good scrub due to animals and babies! They hand-washed the sofa and many cushions. I was impressed. We have used JRJ Proclean four times in the past few years. Twice we were moving out and they were able to remove stains from the carpet that looked horrible. They have restretched our carpets and have also cleaned out furniture to make it look great again. Joe is very responsive and was able to give us an appointment that met our schedule. The company was wonderful. They came immediately when I called to report a leak and soaking carpet that smelled. They took care of the problem, and sired the carpeting and replaced the pad. It looks like new and does not smell at all. I’d highly recommend them

I reached out to JRJ ProClean for a carpet and indoor/outdoor area rug cleaning. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The day of the appointment, I got a text beforehand to inform me that the cleaning crew was on their way. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job and even recommended that we should clean the area rug outside in the future to avoid damages to the parquet floor. We appreciate the level of care and detailing they put into cleaning our carpet. I recommend this company without reservation.

Rodrigo and Rolando were great and very hard working?

This is the second time I have used JRJ Proclean, and, like the first time, they did a nice job on my cream-colored wool carpets. Wool is hard to keep clean and even tougher to get stains out, and the team was very careful not to damage the carpets while doing a great job on the discolorations. Team members Kevin and Rolando were so polite, pleasant, and efficient, and I am again satisfied with the job JRJ Proclean did.
