As a veteran, I like to support veteran owned companies. This was the first time I used them for my sectional and area rug.Specifically, I requested Douglas Rodriguez based on previous reviews and he did not disappoint. My sectional and area rug looked great after being cleaned. I regret not taking before and after pictures. Will definitely use their services again.

We moved into a new apartment and the carpet had a troubling smell in certain spots. After waking up the first night with congestion and throat irritation, I knew we needed to have professional cleaning done asap. Shiny carpet was able to get me on the schedule the same day and sent Wilson who did a phenomenal job. The smell is gone and we’re breathing much easier.

Super happy with Shiny’s carpet cleaning service! First, their prices beat other top service companies. I contacted and received quotes from 3 different places, and this was the best even with the add-ons. Their communication is quick and easy using text which meant I received status updates. Finally, Denys did a fantastic job and my carpets look like new! I have 3 teenage sons and a husband so you can imagine the stains, my frustration and constant nagging, or disappointment when I discovered another stain. I’m beyond pleased and highly recommend. William Hobbs did an amazing job! He was very attentive, listened to what I wanted, gave excellent recommendations, and explained the whole process. He was courteous, respectful, and he cared about doing a good job and good customer satisfaction. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He ensured all stains came out. Excellent and fast service. Douglas was in contact ahead of time and go everything done extremely quick. We have a newborn baby so wanted to ensure our carpet was as clean and sanitized as can be after having multiple pets in the room previously and the difference is night and day. A true professional for the second time they were able to come in less than 24 hours notice. I would recommend to anyone. Ask for Douglas.

I had my upholstery cleaned by Shiny Cleaning, and Douglas Rodriguez was the technician who came out. My furniture was very badly stained from soot, but he did an amazing job and the results were far better than I expected. Douglas was professional, punctual, respectful, and kind. Outstanding service the carpet looks totally cleaner ! I’ll be a returning customer in next few months for sofa upholstery cleaning. Definitely worth the price! Crespo Villegas was my technician. Unfortunately I had to edit my review after four days stains resurfaced. I did pay additional for stain removal. For $600 it wasn’t worth it
