Services rep is really rude! They even hang up my phone when I mentioned to apply coupon. Please be aware of the coupon list on their website. They probably will find any excuses to not allow you to use it.

The owner of this company is very RUDE and probably a RACIST. He told me to never call back or he would use bad words to me... I literally was only calling to get service. I guess he thought that I was someone else because I have a SC number but he didn't take the time to even see if I was or wasn't... VERY POOR service and attitude. Can't say that I am surprised though with the treatment in America. However, I am completely disgusted at the way he spoke to me. Please do yourself a favor and definitely take your services elsewhere...
