White Glove Solution did everything they promised to make our move go smoothly. And more. They paid attention to every detail and truly took the stress out of the move. The entire team works together to achieve that...they are very special. A great company and we highly recommend them.

Recently I moved and used White Glove Solution. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning to move. They were helpful, understanding of the stresses involved, and efficient. I found the team who did the actual move excellent, friendly, considerate and when they left all boxes were unpacked, removed from premises and my belongings put away. They made the move a far less stressful experience. My thanks to all of them!

Alonso and his team met with our family and toured the house to get an idea of the items that would be moved to assisted living and the rest that would be sent for donation, online auction or recycling. They were methodical, efficient, personable, fun and always professional. Less than a week into the job our project turned extremely personal and emotional for our family. Alonso and his team went out of their way to accommodate our grief and a pause in the project. The entire team surprised us and attended the funeral. What company does that? We knew by then that they were one in a million. The job resumed when we were ready and they continued with their respectful efficiency and professionalism. Alonso leads WGS with grace and humility and it shows in everything they do. Specifically, I include PM Lori, CM Ana, and crew Juli, Yeni, Noe, Jackson, Manuel and Christian.

I had to move my Mom from a 2/2 to a 1/1 in a different location. I also had furniture to get rid of and lots of junk from downsizing. I actually will begin with getting an estimate from Daisy. She was clear, concise and answered all of my questions. They can do as little or as much as you want. Pack, unpack, donate, discard and everything in between. The estimate was more than fair and you are only responsible for the hours they actually worked. Even if the estimate was quoted more. On the day of the move, I had the pleasure of working with Lulu, the on site manager. I wasn’t sure she could fit everything in the trailer so I bet her a dollar she couldn’t. She won that bet, which I gladly handed over the dollar. Luis, Alex and Hugo were the muscles behind the move and did everything efficiently and carefully. Most importantly, they are trustworthy. A bag of coats inadvertently got in the junk pile because they were in a plastic bag (totally my fault). I called the next day and they not only found it but also a box that was labeled “hand carry”, which we forgot, that had all my Mom’s valuables including jewelry, coins and heirlooms. I felt sick that we almost lost that but forever grateful for their honesty. I can’t say enough good things about this company and will be using them again. Moving always sucks but they helped make it easier.

Andrea and the entire team was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. They were so detail-oriented and friendly, making sure to think ahead and make us aware about details I never would have anticipated, making our move way less overwhelming than it would have been otherwise. I can't recommend them highly enough!

White Glove was incredible in helping with my father's move to a memory care facility. They arrived even during a snowy morning when I thought for sure they might call and cancel, but they arrived and quickly packed up and moved all the furniture, pictures, anything that was needed. Within hours everything was delivered w/ care and the new location was set up and he was able to get his rest in his new home w/o missing a beat.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful this moving company and team are. Background: My elderly mother needed to change apartments. However, I am a law firm owner with an extremely busy schedule and I had almost no time to help her pack. I spoke to Alonso who immediately understood my situation as well as my mother's needs. The team came in on the day of the move and literally took care of EVERYTHING. We did not pack a single box or empty a single drawer. They handled it from start to finish. After a few hours, we got a call telling us it was okay to come over. When we got there, we were presented with a perfectly set up apartment. Everything was fully unpacked, cleaned and its proper place. They emptied the previous apartment and fully cleaned it. The team even hung around to get my mom's opinion on where to hang the last few picture frames. I have honestly never seen my mom so happy with her living space and it is 100% because of Alonso, Jennifer and the entire White Glove team. I am so impressed and so touched by the way they took care of us that I don't think I will ever be able to move without White Glove handling the logistics for me.

White Glove has been absolutely phenomenal taking care of the moving needs of our residents and their families. They provide first class service throughout the entire process. Alonso, Daisy, and the rest of their team are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I recommend White Glove to anyone without hesitation.

Terrific service from start to finish. Concierge is informed and friendly, crew chief Alonso was transparent about costs and expectations. The moving crew is on time, efficient and careful. Everyone cares everyone cooperates. We as clients should do the same!

Were it possible to give more than five stars I would! We are an older couple who moved from a townhome in Sterling to a larger house in Landsdowne. We had already packed much of our belongings and moved a lot of it ourselves. We got movers to move the heavier items of furniture and boxes we’d packed. There was still a lot left to pack in our townhome, but since we’d moved the bulk of everything we vowed to pack things up slowly over the next year.

UGH! Very bad decision. I developed a serious back and shoulder problem and am requiring a back surgery April 30th followed by a Shoulder Replacement. The bad decision to not have someone like White Glove Movers come and pack all our belongings and move it right away was a mistake. I guess we didn’t realize how much our physical capabilities had changed over the years!

I called White Glove Movers asking for white glove service. I spoke with Andrea and was so relieved when she didn’t judge our situation and instead replied with compassion and assured me everything could be taken care of. She is a doll who seems totally unflappable. We had five rooms of miscellaneous items, our dining room furniture and a LOT of junk to remove.

Our move was done on the Friday and Saturday of Easter weekend! On the first day of the move Angelo, Yenis and Jorge removed ALL the junk from our townhome. They were super efficient and detail oriented and worked amazingly fast. Alex and Jose joined us on the actual move day and were polite and responsive. Sweet little Lulu is a force to be reckoned with. I have never seen anyone organize other people’s belonging like she does. She packs and organizes quickly and when unpacking and placing everything on the day of the move she wowed me! Alex and Susan were with us on day two and really kept moving. Susan is not a regular mover. She is the company accountant who offered to help on her day off. She Is of course an incredible organizer and such a sweet lady. Susan is indicative of the people this company hires from top down!

The two days went totally without a hitch. Andrea has a memory like an elephant and remembers every directive she gives her team. She has integrity and a sense of humor. We recently bought a second home and will be having White Glove movers move us.

Don’t hesitate in calling them for your moving needs as I feel sure this moving team will show you the care of your belongings they showed us.

Above and beyond!! When we forgot an item, Alonso brought it to our mom 5 days later! White gloves indeed. They are awesome.

What a treasure White Glove Solutions is! From the initial phone call with Daisy to the last picture to be hung up on the wall, the team (Andrea, LuLu, Alex, Walker, and Liz) was friendly, helpful, efficient, truly excellent to work with. They all have positive attitudes even at the end of long days of lifting furniture and packing boxes. We were moving our elderly parents from one assisted living community to another, downsizing, purging storage, donating, and items to recycle. The team packed all items carefully, mounted TVs, hung pictures, disassembled and assembled furniture, assembled new furniture right from the box, unpacked all boxes and put all items away, even put the shower curtain up. My sister and I were there to give directions of what to pack, store, donate and what was going to the new location. Andrea had a board with a layout of the room and how all the furniture would fit so my parents would have space to go between with their walker and wheelchairs. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was the most positive moving experience anyone in our family has ever had. Hire White Glove Solutions, you wont regret it!

We had a wonderful experience with White Glove. They were kind, professional and made the move to assisted living easy. My mom felt at home from day one.

On a scale of 1-5, I give White Glove 100! Every thing all the other reviewers said is absolutely true. Everyone we dealt with was professional and kind. From Daisy on the initial contact; Keanu and Diandra who helped decide what would fit in my family member’s assisted living space and coordinated all details; Ana and Lulu onsite packing and orchestrating; to the real heros…the men who lugged heavy furniture and boxes down 3 flights of stairs! They packed, moved, set up beautifully in new place, hauled away junk, facilitated car donation and took old papers to be shredded. As I live in another state, I didn’t know how I was going to accomplish such tasks but Keanu made sure everything was taken care of for me. Most importantly, they were kind, patient and respectful to my family member who has some dementia.

Massive thank you to White Glove Solutions for their legendary assistance with my parent’s move. From the initial estimate meeting with Keaneu, to the follow up project management with Andrea, to the on site leadership by Lulu, the entire process was fantastic. They packed, moved, brought stuff to donation, got rid of trash, cleaned up, and were so kind to my parents during the whole move. I give my strongest recommendation.

Great service and value all around!

Bought a house and needed cleaned to move in. Called Clean tech and got my house cleaned the very next day. The 4 ladies did a great job and would I recommend them for anyone in the future. Thank you for the quick response
