He finished in a timely manner and our carpet looks great just in time for our party this weekend.

We moved into a new apartment and the carpet had a troubling smell in certain spots. After waking up the first night with congestion and throat irritation, I knew we needed to have professional cleaning done asap. Shiny carpet was able to get me on the schedule the same day and sent Wilson who did a phenomenal job. The smell is gone and we’re breathing much easier.

My furniture is very expensive, so I was worried about potential damage, but they handled everything with great care. It looks brand new—like I just bought it! Super happy with Shiny’s carpet cleaning service! First, their prices beat other top service companies. I contacted and received quotes from 3 different places, and this was the best even with the add-ons. Their communication is quick and easy using text which meant I received status updates. Finally, Denys did a fantastic job and my carpets look like new! I have 3 teenage sons and a husband so you can imagine the stains, my frustration and constant nagging, or disappointment when I discovered another stain. I’m beyond pleased and highly recommend. William Hobbs did an amazing job! He was very attentive, listened to what I wanted, gave excellent recommendations, and explained the whole process. He was courteous, respectful, and he cared about doing a good job and good customer satisfaction. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He ensured all stains came out. Excellent and fast service. Douglas was in contact ahead of time and go everything done extremely quick. We have a newborn baby so wanted to ensure our carpet was as clean and sanitized as can be after having multiple pets in the room previously and the difference is night and day. A true professional for the second time they were able to come in less than 24 hours notice. I would recommend to anyone. Ask for Douglas.

I had my upholstery cleaned by Shiny Cleaning, and Douglas Rodriguez was the technician who came out. My furniture was very badly stained from soot, but he did an amazing job and the results were far better than I expected. Douglas was professional, punctual, respectful, and kind. Outstanding service the carpet looks totally cleaner ! I’ll be a returning customer in next few months for sofa upholstery cleaning. Definitely worth the price! Crespo Villegas was my technician. Unfortunately I had to edit my review after four days stains resurfaced. I did pay additional for stain removal. For $600 it wasn’t worth it

JRJ Pro Clean is a great rug cleaning service. I give them 5 stars. They made my stair carpet look brand new. It's over 10 years old.Very professional service. I have used them twice now and highly recommend them. Joe is always easy to work with and a really nice guy.

I have used JRJ carpet cleaning for years and have never regretted my decision. They're always fair, on time, professional and always do an excellent job with my carpets and more recently my sectional sofa. Joe is wonderful! He has squeezed in for a couple of last minute appointments and I'm so appreciative.

I hired JRJ ProClean to steam clean the wall to wall carpet in my 2 bedroom, hall, and 2 sets of stairs due to an infestation of carpet beetle larvae. JRJ ProClean did an amazing job; I don't think my carpets looked that lovely when they were new. I also got them to stretch the wall to wall carpet in my 2 bedrooms and hall; when the carpet was originally installed, it was full of waves and bumps. It was well worth getting my wall to wall carpet stretched because it is now flat and I can't tell where the wavy areas were. I'm quite pleased with how my wall to wall carpet looks now (and the carpet beetle larvae are long gone). Joe is very easy to work with and his 2 techs are polite and were very careful with my furniture. I definitely recommend his services.

JRJ Proclean has been cleaning our carpets for several years and we will always come back. We have a small zoo and a baby so our carpets take a beating. They do an amazing job. The carpets are spotless, and this year, they also cleaned our giant sectional sofa that needed a good scrub due to animals and babies! They hand-washed the sofa and many cushions. I was impressed.
