My grandson brought mud into the house, and Joe Kevin did a fantastic job cleaning my wall to wall carpet, and the two chairs. Very professional, on time and friendly. High recommend.

We have used JRJ Proclean four times in the past few years. Twice we were moving out and they were able to remove stains from the carpet that looked horrible. They have restretched our carpets and have also cleaned out furniture to make it look great again. Joe is very responsive and was able to give us an appointment that met our schedule. His team is courteous and respectful and wonderful to deal with. We will use them again!

The company was wonderful. They came immediately when I called to report a leak and soaking carpet that smelled. They took care of the problem, and sired the carpeting and replaced the pad. It looks like new and does not smell at all. I’d highly recommend them

I reached out to JRJ ProClean for a carpet and indoor/outdoor area rug cleaning. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The day of the appointment, I got a text beforehand to inform me that the cleaning crew was on their way. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job and even recommended that we should clean the area rug outside in the future to avoid damages to the parquet floor. Rodrigo and Rolando were great and very hard working?

This is the second time I have used JRJ Proclean, and, like the first time, they did a nice job on my cream-colored wool carpets. Wool is hard to keep clean and even tougher to get stains out, and the team was very careful not to damage the carpets while doing a great job on the discolorations. Team members Kevin and Rolando were so polite, pleasant, and efficient, and I am again satisfied with the job JRJ Proclean did.

Update: I had several spots on the carpet that I was certain no one could out. they were from melted plastic. This crew got every bit out of the carpet. You cannot even see there was a mark there. So impressed.

I am recommending this carpet cleaning services with high regard! Kevin and helper were great in cleaning my entire house, area rugs and a water stain on a silk wool rug! The cream staircase carpet looks great which is very hard to do with bare feet foot traffic.

We had some tough stains after heavy use from teenage boys & pets, to the point that we even considered replacing, but the carpet looks SIGNIFICANTLY better and we’re so glad we made the choice to have it cleaned.
