Hew was incredible to work with! He did fantastic work, gave us great service and agreed to come back if we EVER had any issues with our carpet stretching. It was such an enjoyable experience and would absolutely hire him to take care of our future carpet needs.

Hew's Carpet Care did a great job for us on a very short window (even though it was Christmas-new year holidays). They were extremely flexible and did an incredible job to clean out the grease stains from our carpet (steps, landing and bedrooms) created by a tenant after their move out. He was reasonable in price and very efficient and effective in removal of stains. I would gladly recommend him to anyone to get their carpet steam cleaned. Also, appreciated him using the shoe covers through the house post cleaning and leaving us a pair for the new tenants to see the house as the carpet was drying - great customer service!

I called Hew's Carpet Care to stretch and clean my carpet. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very professional. The quoted price I received was honored and was not inflated with additional charges. I will definitely use Hew's again for my carpet cleaning. We are very pleased with their work.

I have used Hews twice, the first time to stretch a piece of carpet and having seen the outstanding job they did, I then called them back to clean 3 rooms and 2 sets of steps and stretch another piece of carpet. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB. The technician was on time, kept me informed of arrival, worked in my home in a very professional and I observed firsthand the effort put into thoroughly cleaning my carpets. The carpets look wonderful, like new. I appreciated what I observed in terms of doing a good job. I have used many carpet cleaning companies over the 18 years that I have been in this home but Hews is now at the top of my list of who to call for cleaning and stretching carpet. I was very pleased.

Hew's carpet service was excellent... I had small rolls in one of the 4 rooms that needed cleaning. Hew moved all the furniture, used a true carpet puller (not a simple knee kick), pulled the carpet tight and worked all the directions necessary to ensure a smooth and seamless finish. All rooms, stairs and hallways were spot treated, brushed and finally steam cleaned. i would hire him back anytime.

Excellent job - carpet stretching. Hew's Carpet Care (Hugh) stopped by to work on our large master bedroom carpet which had developed some small humps / folds over the years since installation. Hugh was prompt in getting ahold of me through Angi's shortly after I submitted the request. . He stopped by and provided the quote and work at the same time. Hugh is very knowledgeable, experienced, personable and "old school" in his work. He doesn't cut corners and explains issues as he's moving through the process. Very satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!

Douglas was the technician that came out to clean my carpet. He did an amazing job cleaning the area. The stains on the carpet that I thought would never come off was cleaned, and my house was smelling very good. I highly recommend shiny carpet cleaning services.

Top Notch. Priced appropriately. Professional job. My carpets had make up stains and pet residue. Carpets were immaculate and had a pleasant smell to them; it was faint and not heavy with any chemical odors once cleaned. The company arrived on time, communicative, and even cleaned a white chair that I had thought to be a lost cause. The technician whom serviced my home showed identification and was mindful and respectful of my home along with its contents. The job was fast and same day. Definitely will be a returning customer. 10/10. A+++. Same day booking on a weekend as well 🤩

Douglas is the best! He did the vent cleaning for our new house (former owner had many cats). Myself and my baby are already less congested and he finished a few hours ago. Had a large project - neglected cream sectional sofa with stains from young kids. Denys took his time getting it back to perfection and smelling great! Excellent communication, punctual, friendly and easy to work with! Highly recommend Denys and this company.

Gabriel got my apartment squared away for move out in less than 30 minutes. Extremely kind and respectful. The finished product was amazing, well done!!

I am a little surprised by this company. I had high hopes but received nothing but a poor experience. To keep it short, the technician scratched our newly finished floors in multiple areas. The company indicated that the tech did not move our furniture (to produce the scratches) and had no idea how that happened. I was able to produce 1) video footage showing that our table had not been moved prior to the tech starting 2) pictures showing our table next to the scratch and 3) footage showing that the tech took photos of our sectional prior to cleaning. When asked if it was policy to take before and after photos the response was yes. Our tech somehow only took before photos likely attempting to hide the fact that the floor was scratched and he did move the furniture. They also left substantial puddles throughout the house that we had to clean up. They offered to “have a guy” fix the floors and we ultimately settled at a slight discount for the service. So… if you want someone to not care for your belongings and generally lie to you, these are your guys.

I had my carpets cleaned by them yesterday. They did an excellent job and were able to get out some heavy stains that were on my stairs. Their rates are reasonable and their communication was excellent. They arrived on time and I had no issues with any of the work performed

I had a great experience with this business. We needed to shampoo the carpet in our car due to an odor problem that we were unable to resolve despite shampooing and using odor eliminators. Prince scheduled us for service the same day and followed up with us after to ensure our service was satisfactory. Denys was very professional and super friendly. He addressed our issue expeditiously. He even recommended additional treatments to ensure the odor issue was resolved indefinitely. We would definitely use them again!

Prince did a great job in cleaning all of the carpet areas and chairs that we wanted. it was quick and you can tell that it is very clean. I highly recommend this company and if you can get this technician to come out, I recommend his work too.
