I highly recommend this team. I have dealt with Cosmos 3 times now and I am very comfortable with them. The first time, he gave me advice over the phone and I was able to fix the outside unit for free based on his quick tip. I thought that was very kind of them to not squeeze a few bucks out of the customer. So the next time I needed something I called them out. The most recent visit was for a repair on the furnace. He was able to fix it quickly and without a need for new parts, so he didn't charge me for the repair rate, just the diagnostic rate, which again, was very fair. I was expecting to pay 200 bucks, but got off for much less. He fixed it, and essentially walked me through how to run diagnostics myself next time, since I was clear that I am interested in doing it myself when I can. Very fair, and upfront pricing for diagnostics and repair, and they don't sell you something you don't need.

Comos technicians were prompt and efficient. They solved our HVAC problem and had up and running in record time.

Saying they needed to reschedule. This morning the doorbell rang and it was them, glad I was home to let them in since the appointment window was 10/21- 10-12pm. When the father ran the business it seemed to run more smoothly. George doesn't keep notes on service appointments or keep track of notes from previous appointments. I had to remind them about a recommendation they made over the summer for part to potentially fix a freezing issue with the AC and no one but me seems to remember the discussion. The techs are friendly enough but they are incredibly unorganized and lack attention to detail.

We were referred to Cosmos last year and could not be happier with their service. They installed a new heat pump system and had to work in our crawl space which was not easy. They did a fantastic job!
So this year again turned to them to keep our new system running well with a maintenance plan for Fall/Spring. They also met all our needs with being able to do air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and HVAC maintenance all in one appointment. The before and after photos were amazing! Excellent work on everything.
They also advised us we could change to filters in our returns instead of having to crawl down on rocks to change the air handler filter in the crawlspace. They went to get the supplies and were able to convert 2 return vent covers and put in the new filters at this same appointment. This makes monthly filter changes so much easier for us now! I wish we knew this 20 years ago!
Their honesty, fair/set pricing, reliability, experience, and quality work are unmatched. We dealt with a lot of HVAC companies before with our old system and we are so happy to have found Cosmos and will continue to trust them whenever we need service!

Fantastic service. I was having so many issues with my previous AC guys and my boss recommended Ranger. They came out next day and despite having to come back another time to fix the issue due to parts, they kept me informed along the way. I couldn't have asked for better friendlier service. Mike who runs the business is super nice and his son Cofi who is one of his engineers, went above and beyond to fix my issue in 100 degree heat at times! They were so good I signed an annual contract with them to service my units, and it actually turned out cheaper than my previous ones. All this despite me living in Fredericksburg and they are based in Lorton. They still took the time to travel that distance and arrive at the time they said they would he here. Thanks again guys 👍
