During a wind storm we had some siding blow off of our 3 story town house. We had heard about NVB Contracting LLC from a friend who has used NVB for a roof replacement. I was not certain that NVB did siding as my co worker used them for roofing. When I called NVB and told them about my problem they said they could handle it no problem. NVB was right on the job they came out on Sunday and fixed the siding at a great price. I did not think they would come so quick but low and behold they were there on the next day to fix the siding. Thanks for a quick response NVB.

I interviewed four companies before deciding on NVB for my roofing job. This is a small but well established and well run business; I think it is important to support small businesses. Their prices are very competitive, and their work is superior. The owner of the company, Eric Bradley, came several times throughout the day to check on the progress of the crew, and to ensure that the work was being done to my satisfaction. At the end of the day I was left with a beautiful new roof, a clean yard, and a bank account that wasn't wiped out.

NVB Was great to deal with throughout the entire process. Our roof was severely damaged in a wind storm, and Willie Gomez was an amazing resource. He helped us through the process from start to finish, and was always very professional, informative, timely, and helpful. The roof was completed very quickly, we had zero issues with any part of the process. Willie outlined every step of the process and it went smoothly, according to plan. I highly recommend NVB!

This company was a life saver! Eric definitely puts the customer first and truly knows how to build a good relationship with his clientele. He is very knowledgeable and showed me stuff I didn't even know was wrong on my roof. NVB Contracting gets the job done right the first time. Upon completion, Eric sent me pictures of the finished roof and completely fixed the leak I was having. Rest assured he is with the job every step of that way. He is highly recommended. NVB Contracting is the ONLY company that was able to get our roofing claim approved by our home insurance company. Within a month we had a new roof, gutters and siding. NVB Contracting saved us so much money that we were able to upgrade to beautiful 50 year shingles. Jeremy and his crew took care of everything from start to finish. We can't thank NVB Contracting enough.

First and foremost, NVB Contracting provided us with a 5-star roof product with excellent craftsmanship. They also replaced our old skylights that were an irregular shape and collaborated solutions to that problem with us at multiple points until everyone was happy with the result. I give an overall 4 star experience due to an unforeseen circumstance the day of installation where the foreman of the job was out sick with COVID. Unfortunately that led to a lack of communication with my family during the installation where we did not know what was happening when (we have small children with nap schedules) or that the installation was going to be a two-day process; we were basically ignored. I do not think that this is a typical experience, however, as at all other phases of the project, I had direct communication with the foreman and the president of the company, who came out personally to our home to sign the paperwork and walk us through the process of filing an insurance claim. They communicated directly with our insurance and adjuster and did a great deal to alleviate the guess work out of dealing with insurance - I even had the president's cell phone number and was able to call him directly with questions, which I did and received patient and helpful explanations. Despite the incongruent levels of attention we received at the different phases of the project, I would recommend NVB Contracting. We are absolutely happy with the finished product. Again, 5/5 roof, and the installation team also did a good job cleaning up.

I contacted NVB Contracting LLC to replace the roof on my mobile home. They did an excellent job , were very courteous , and my new roof is perfect.
I am them to thank for it. This complaced my roof in and very timely manner. They were very reasonable in their fee for their work. They really went the extra mile for me in so many ways, from the begining to the end of the project.

We had storm damage, and our neighbor recommended calling NVB. They were very responsive and came out to do a free assessment of the house. We had damage to the roof, siding, screens, and gutters/downspouts. NVB worked with us and our insurance company to make sure everything was covered and done quickly. They did a great job with the repairs!

I thought my week was ruined when I found my roof leaking but Eric and his guys came in and fixed it in no time. They did a great job and then some. Not only was my roof leaking but there was also mold that they helped take care of. Most people would do the job and leave, but NVB even helped us file an insurance claim. They really cared about their customers. They even threw in a generous discount! They're coming to back and helping us with our water heater problems, too.

I live in Glen Allen, VA and we had the roof replaced with NVB recently. Kevin F. came out to the house prior to making a decision and he was very professional and thorough. He explained the paperwork, warranty, expectations, and schedule / timeline. He also left a sample of the roofing colors so that my wife and I could decide and have time to make a decision. The roof was replaced on time and on schedule and they have followed up on paperwork with the insurance company. I highly recommend working with Kevin and NVB contracting.

I recently had hail damage to my roof and siding. I contacted Derek @ NVB and he promptly returned my call and was @ my property with his crew the very next morning. They worked a long with the claims adjuster to access the damage and repairs. They were awesome. We're just in the beginning stages of repairs but I feel that I'm in good hands. Highly recommend NVB!!!

With all the severe storms this year, I noticed that many people in the area have been getting their roofs done. So, with all that demand, I assumed that getting someone to address our roof in a timely fashion (before any further damage could occur) would be difficult at best. But after receiving a referral from a friend, I gave NVB a call. They came out promptly, handled everything with my insurance company and have hit all the dates for delivering materials and installation. Jeremy has been very responsive and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Have had some shingles missing off my roof for some time. Went on Home Advisor and had some Contractors / Roofers contact me. The first people went up on my roof and then told me all I need was to replace the shingles and only quoted me that. I asked more than once for an estimate to replace my roof and they pretty much ignored me. Eric from NVB was the second person to come out. He went up on the roof, checked it out, did some measurements and explained everything to me so I could understand it. He told me he would e-mail me a proper estimate that evening and he did. After two other contractors came out, I decided to use NVB. I liked that they had a great BBB rating and with all the checking I did, never saw anything negative about them. I called Eric and told them they had the job. He told me my shingles would be delivered on Monday (7/7/14) and they were. He told me that he and his crew would be here on Wednesday and that it should only take 1 day to install the new roof. Eric sent me a photo on Facebook at 4pm saying they were finished. He posted photos of the job and it looked good. I got home Wednesday around 6pm and thought my new roof looked GREAT. No debris or trash in my yard, or my driveway. Even my neighbors complimented me on the look of the roof. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NVB to anyone. I think they did a great job and everything went exactly as they said. Thanks NVB.

NVB recently replaced our roof of 22 years. They did a fantastic job. Not only on time, but well within our budget. They installed a roof vent which we did not originally have. Only issue is they needed to come back and replace some missing gutter gourds. They did this promptly and without hesitation. I highly recommend them to anyone needs a new roof.

NVB stopped by my house and offered to inspect my roof. I had a leak in the past that had been repaired by a handyman that had reappeared. I was told that my roof definitely needed replacing and they would work with my insurance company to make it a smooth process. I was hesitant to file a claim but did after NVB assured me that my roof would qualify for insurance replacement. My insurance company said the roof did not need replacement and was in good condition, only needing very few shingles replaced (about a $600 repair). As part of their inspection, the insurance company removed a shingle leaving a small bare spot on my roof. Once they heard from the insurance company, NVB would barely return my phone calls but eventually said they would re-inspect my roof and work with the insurance company to appeal their findings. NVB never came out and weeks later they contacted me and said they would not continue the relationship. So now I have to have a small repair job done and I have to go through the process again to find someone to come out and make the repairs. Long story short, NVB assured me that my roof would qualify for insurance replacement and when that turned out to be false they wouldn't come out to make the repairs. AVOID NVB!!!

I used NVB contracting for a new roof, some new windows, and new gutters. They helped me to get money through my insurance company for the roof and to repaint some of the inside of my house. The work done was top quality. The people who worked on my house were very professional. My project manager was Frank and he was very responsive and helpful. I plan to use NVB again for my next home project.

I contracted with NVB to replace the roof on my single family home. I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the work performed. The Contractor was very professional and friendly and was there to ensure the work was performed as scheduled. My roof looks fantastic and was replaced within a day, including the clean up. Thank you NVB for a job well done, I am very happy with my new roof.

NVB, did an amazing job on our roof from start to finish. They met with us in the beginning to go over every aspect of the project and a tentative timeline. We nailed down dates and pricing, NVB had no problem supporting our needs and our budget. They came out did a very professional job and cleaned up all in one day. Good contractors are hard to find, NVB is definitely a good one. I look forward to working with them in the future.

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with NVB Contracting LLC. We've had many roofing companies approach us over our time in our house; however, NVB's professionalism has been top-notch, far exceeding their competition. We've never felt as though we were being prodded to "find" something wrong with our roof. Rather, their inspection was thorough and honest, and their communication throughout the entire process was clear, efficient, and effective. I appreciate them taking the time to walk us through everything in the entire process, it has really been a pleasant experience. Our roof and gutters were damaged by a hail storm and a friend of mine had recommended NVB to us. They were great to work with! Alec, our project manager, was friendly, very helpful, and did a great job at keeping us informed. Everything went smoothly and at the end of the work Alec even gave us some instruction on how to push back on the insurance company to get our garage included.
