Constraction reviews in Manassas, Virginia

We engaged NVB to repair serious water damage to our home after a pipe burst and leaked through and damaged all 3 floors of our home. It was easy to work with them, their team was respectful to my home and family while they were in there working for over 3 weeks, and the quality of their work was excellent. In many cases they fixed preexisting imperfections during the course of their work so we feel it looks better than before the incident. We are very happy with the outcome.

Below is a general list of the work they did on my home.
-Repaired 3 bathrooms including floor tiling and drywall
-Replaced carpet in 5 rooms, 2 hallways and a set of stairs
-Repaired and replaced drywall on all three floors - walls and ceilings
-Matched color and painted all damaged rooms, doors, trim, and moldings
-Installed over 1200 square feet luxury vinyl plank flooring to include LVP on the stairs leading to the basement

Just had my roof replaced by them, very pleased with the work done. I had hail damage on my roof, contacted NVB, initial claim was denied but they were able to get it approved after re submitting it. Jonathan and his team did a great job. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had, very easy to work with. Would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend, great service, very professional, can't say enough. We have a very large roof, they came out and got it all done in a single day. Roof looks FANTASTIC!! Team took great care to cover the entire front of the house to protect the windows and landscaping while removing the old roof. After the job was completed there were no nails or any kind of debris to be found. Very happy, in fact, we are so happy we are using them for some interior work we need done. Thanks so much NVB for a job well done, first class all the way!!!

I had a leak on my ceiling in my bedroom. Mr. Josh Lambert and Mr. Eric Bradley came out to my residence and went on the roof and inside the crawl space. They both explained to me what needed to be done. On an emergency basis, the work was completed within three days from the first contact with NVB Contracting. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and support and outstanding completion of the work that was done. I will definitely use NVB Contracting for drywall repair and painting in the future.

I walked in the NVB Contracting LLC office with a roof leaking problem. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and helpful. Couple hours later Eric Bradley did an excellent job fixing my roof leaks. I would highly recommend Eric Bradley and the entire team at NVB Contracting to anyone. Definitely I will use them again for my next project.

After the great experience our son and daughter-in-law had with NVB Contracting for their roof replacement, we decided to call them to inspect our roof. We were not disappointed! Jeremy and Kevin identified storm damage on our roof and guided us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance company. They made sure to be present when the insurance company adjuster inspected the roof, which was a big help to ensure all relevant damage was covered. They explained all our roof replacement options up front and the work was done promptly after the insurance adjustment was issued. They also promptly addressed questions we had and did a very professional job. We have been very pleased with the quality of the work and the great customer service we received. We highly recommend NVB Contracting for your roof replacement needs.

Working with Charlie Pizzola and Ryan Boles, it was so easy to replace my roof and siding after a hail storm. They were professional, explained everything step by step, and interacted well with my insurance claims adjuster. They kept me apprised of when materials would be delivered and when the work would be done. The crews were great and the clean-up afterwards was phenomenal. If you have roofing or restoration needs, call NVB first.

We highly recommend NVB Contracting. After a hailstorm, our whole roof had to be replaced. We had our insurance company inspect our roof for storm damage and the insurance company approved the replacement before we signed a contract with NVB.  Working with NVB has been a great experience from start to finish. Willie Gomes is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained every step and detail of the process and handled all the paperwork with the insurance. Throughout the process he was in touch regularly to keep us informed. The whole crew was also very professional. The new roof is beautiful. We got a great new roof for very little out of pocket.

NVB contracting replaced out roof and we had a fantastic rep, in Casey Coffman. He was knowledgeable and upfront with everything from start to finish. They did a great job on the roof. I would recommend them when needing a new roof especially when going through the insurance process. Casey made the entire process easy

NVB did a fantastic job of replacing my roof and gutters. Their project manager Jhonatan was awesome and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He even worked with our insurance company to assist us in getting a very reasonable reimbursement for the roof replacement. I would highly recommend NVB for any roofing project.

We used NVB after a distasteful experience with another roofing contractor and are so glad we made the switch! We ended up replacing our roof and adding brand new siding and trim to our house, all of which NVB handled. Eric was incredibly responsive and honest in his assessment and pricing. We appreciated the efficient workers (I think they accomplished everything in 2 days!) and they did a wonderful job cleaning up. We have a dog and were concerned about nails and other detritus in the yard, but NVB had a worker present whose entire job was cleaning up. We would definitely use them again!

My parents had roof damage that went unreported to their homeowners policy insurer, USAA, from October 2024 until January 2025 as they were both in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation centers as I was living out of state and unaware of the roof damage. Upon noticing water damage in one section of the garage ceiling I contacted USAA to file a claim.

USAA referred NVB Contracting LLC to come and assess the damage and provide documentation for repairs. The representative dispatched by NVB Contracting was Jonathan and he was extremely professional, taking time to explain the process of how and when repairs would be performed. Every date and time that he said he’d or the crew working for him was true to his word
and beyond my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with NVB and Jonathan or this review would be too lengthy.

We had our roof replaced by NVB. I was extremely happy with their professionalism, customer service and quality of work. Working with rep, Charlie Pizzola is a great pleasure. He's very knowledgeable and responsible, upfront with everything from start to finish. Charlie did a fantastic job with my insurance claims adjuster and helped me with all the paper work. He kept me informed of when materials would be delivered and when the work would be done. The crews were great and the clean-up afterwards was superb. And above all, they're very nice people. I would highly recommend them when needing a new roof especially when going through the insurance process.

I’m pleased to say that I selected NVB Contracting to replace my roof and gutters after sustaining damage as a result of a hail storm last year. Their rep, Casey Coffman, carefully outlined in detail the steps to be taken as well as the options available to replace the damage. In the end NVB was true to their word and provided quality materials and superb service. I’d recommend them for restoration services unconditionally.

NVB was great. Jeff Smith (the lead contractor) was really nice to work with, He helped me every step of the way. I had storm damage and had to have my roof replaced & gutters, windows wrapped and new screens. Fence and deck work done. Jeff sent 3 different crews out & all 3 crews did a good job (especially the deck crew) I would highly recommend NVB CONTRACTORS & Jeff Smith

Willy caballero and his team did a wonderful job replacing my roof due to hail damage. Not only did they replace the roof, but they also took care of the leg work behind the scenes, by contacting my insurance company and helping me file the claim. They walked me through this process step by step from beginning to end, the communication was friendly and top notch, making it a very smooth operation. The team worked fast, and efficiently. They replaced the roof on my rancher in one day. Cleanup was excellent, all trash, nails, old shingles, and roofing debris were cleaned up, and cleared from the yard, there were no left-over messes for me to clean up, it was all done by the roofing team. If you're looking for a great respectable professional roof replacement, I highly recommend NVB Contracting, to be your go to contractor. I feel as thou I made a new friend by working with Willie and his crew, they are a great group of people.

NVB took great care of my roof after recent wind damage. Eric was very polite and clearly explained what needed fixing. He sent pictures of before and after to demonstrate the quality of the repairs. I highly recommend using NVB if you have any roofing needs.

Mr Coffman was professional and patient to advocate with our insurance to make sure each repair of our roof, gutters, window casings, and spouts were up to code, uniform, and made from materials that are up to todays efficiency standards in a way that didn’t go beyond what our insurance would match. We are very pleased with the process (including the digital process of contracts) and the results. Highly recommend NVB but ESPECIALLY if you can work with Mr Coffman

Communication, workmanship and follow up were great with Eric Bradley of NVB. They replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts. Any kind of post-job minor follow up work to be done was handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.

NVB was a fantastic organization to work with. Our representative, Rory, took the time to explain what the different products and upgrades were and what was actually needed on our home. We were prepared for the process and how the installation would go. Products arrived on time and the crew showed up when they were supposed to. Rory was on the job site to ensure quality. I would highly recommend NVB and particularly.

I had NVB replace damaged fascia, gutters, and roof. Their crew was super fast, on time, and did a great job!
1. Old roof, new fascia
2 and 3. New roof and fascia
